This cosy holiday home is located in Nunspeet, in the beautiful Veluwe region, at the Nuwenspete Forest Park.
It is a detached home on 460 m² of private land, featuring a wooded garden, a patio, a balcony, a living room with French doors, and an open kitchen. Bathroom with tub/shower. Separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer and an adjacent carport.
Finally, there is a cosy wood-burning stove.

You are in the Veluwe, the second-largest nature reserve in the Netherlands, featuring forests, heathland, sandy plains, estates, and spectacular views.

The Veluwe is a series of interconnected nature reserves, each with its own character, flora, and fauna.
A large part of the Veluwe is forested and quite hilly. Throughout the year, there is plenty to do in and around Nunspeet.

The house is located a 10-minute walk from the town centre, which features restaurants, supermarkets, and charming shops.

- The Zandenplas in Nunspeet itself, just a 10-minute bike ride from the cottage.
- Outdoorcentrum Nunspeet, with many activities for all ages, a 6-minute walk away.

- The city centre area of the fortified town of Elburg (one of the Hanseatic cities)
- The beautiful Veluwemeer (featuring Babbel Beach Hulshorst, Beachclub Nu, At Sea restaurant, and the Bremerbaai beach pavilion).
- Het Loo Palace in Apeldoorn
