Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. With only 55 condos being rented at Phoenix IX you can rest assured that you will have a nice relaxing vacation without hundreds of people crowding around.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room with 40” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and a second bedroom with a King bed, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.



There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1-10 nights is $60, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $210, 62-91 nights is $310, 92+ nights is $410. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The property has nice appliances and a big laundry room so we could keep our wet clothes dry and out of the way. We also had enough paper towels and toilet paper so we didn’t have to buy extra. The kitchen was much more equipped than other places. It was very nice for us. We’re elderly and I use a walker and we brought our grandson.

My family and i had the best week in this condo! It has everything you need even an ice maker for your cooler to take down to the beach every day! The view from the balcony is great! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The place was clean and the owner was responsive to anything we needed and any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

T&P Vacay 2025

A stunning, comfortable condo on a beautiful beach. Our only complaint (and this is very minor) is that the kitchen was a little too bare…no foil, no small baking sheet (there was a huge pizza pan), no salt, pepper or sugar. There was also no dishwashing liquid or a sponge to wash things we did use that could not go into the dishwasher. We had to make a couple of Walmart runs to get items we were not expecting to have to provide. That said, we had a wonderful stay and would come back to this same unit if available.
