The bedroom has proper airflow through a functioning window, and also features a ceiling fan with integrated light, which we pointed out to you. If more ventilation was needed, it could have been used.When you expressed dissatisfaction, we even offered you an alternative accommodation, which you declined due to the lack of private parking — something you mentioned was important because of your luggage.Regarding the coffee machine, we responded immediately to your message. After you claimed it was broken, we checked it ourselves and confirmed it was fully functional — we even made a video showing exactly how to use it, which we shared with you. Still, we went above and beyond by purchasing a new machine to ensure your comfort.As for the missing bin, we brought you a replacement immediately. When the second bin also seemed to “disappear,” we kindly asked you to check outside — and it did, in fact, reappear shortly after.Despite all our efforts, you continued to raise complaints, including about the bedroom airflow — again — and eventually requested financial compensation, implying that you would leave a negative review otherwise.Lastly, while the listing mentions mountain views, it does not specify the exact window.
