Wonderful stay in Milan

We were absolutely blown away with our stay. The place was exactly like the photos. Plus it was in a lovely location, close to the metro, with lots of good food places around us. The hosts were very attentive, with great communication and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

Nice apartment good location

Apartment was just as shown in pictures. Clean and cozy. Bars, supermarkets, restaurants all within walking distance. Subway is a short 5 min walk and bus line right out front. Great location for going in and out of the city center.

Very spacious apartment

We travelled with our teenagers and the 3 big rooms, 2 bathrooms were very welcome to our big family. Host was also very generous, providing us with everything we need to make our stay in Milan easy that they even stocked the fridge for us!

Little Gem

My friends and I really enjoyed the location of this apartment and it was larger than we thought with two full rooms and a room with a single. The owner was very flexible with our check in and we were right around the corner from an unassuming cafe with great pastries. Since it was within walking distance of the metro, visiting the city center was easy and enjoyable. Would recommend!

The best stay of our entire vacation!

From check in to check out, Mario and his team went above and beyond. The house was set up with disposable toothbrushes, slippers, razors, etc as well as a couple of snacks and water in the fridge. We ran into a personal issue during our time there and he extended his hospitality to even offer a hand to resolve our issue. Location wise, there are so many shops and restaurants just at a walking distance and the metro is just a few blocks away to get into the center of the coty. Highly recommend

It’s Better Than The Street

Property was clean but communication with the owner was difficult especially when checking in. We were charged over 100 dollars of a “tourist tax” that was not mentioned till we already arrived at the VRBO. So we were forced to pay this or be kicked out in the middle of a foreign city with no refund on the place. Curfew is 9pm not 10pm like listing says and it is at least a 20-30 minute scooter ride from good restaurants and anything to look at. TV hardly worked, bathroom shower leaks water all over the floor, and if you aren’t careful flushing the button will break and get stuck in the wall constantly running water.

Hi, what you were asked to pay is the tourist tax, municipal tax. When you reported that the bathroom was not working, we came immediately but you said that everything was working and instead you broke the kitchen and scattered the drawers all over the house.

Tolle Wohnung in ruher Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber, gepflegt und entsprach in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung in der Annonce. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage, die sowohl ruhig als auch gut angebunden war. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren etwas eingeschränkt, da es keinen privater Parkplatz gab. Ebenso mussten wir am Mittwoch wegen dem wöchentlichen Markt das Auto umparken, das etwas schwierig war, aufgrund mangelnder Parkplatzmöglichkeiten.Insgesamt waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Hemos estado alojados cuatro personas durante una semana y ha sido una grata experiencia. El apartamento está bien cuidado, es muy amplio y con dos agradables terrazas. Detalles del propietario en la entrada como galletas, agua , café y zumos. Bien conectado con el centro por el metro.
