Luxury villa on Peraleja golf Resort with own grounds. Exposed wooden beam ceilings, iroko wood carpentry, tiled floors, fully installed central heating and air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, large glass patio doors which slide into the walls and open up onto the garden and patio areas, private swimming pool and stunning views. Villa is furnished to a high standard and comes with all the mod cons. Internet available, satelite/cable TV, No smoking.

One double bedroom, three twin bedrooms sleeps 6-8 people. Two bathrooms with shower, sink and wc.

The villa is ideal for those wanting peace and quiet, families not wanting to be concerned about their children making noise and groups of golfers wanting a fantastic base.

The front of the house has a walled garden with carport.

A very private and beautiful haven to relax.

15 mins drive to nearest beaches and Murcia airport. One hour drive from Alicante Airport.

La Vista restaurant is onsite but closed at present. Onsite Golf course is closed but there is one next door at Hacienda Riquelme Resort (less than a mile away).

The picturesque town of Sucina is a 3 minute drive away with shops, restaurants and bars selling top quality food and wines.

Pareleja Golf is situated in the beautiful region of Murcia and only a short drive from the city of Murcia . It’s also an ideal area for cycling, walking and trekking.

Beaches are around a 15 minutes drive. Los Alcázares has one of the most beautiful Blue Flag beaches on the Costa Calida. Dotted along the Los Alcázares and Los Narejos promenade are several wooden beach bars. Los Pagan and Santiago De La Ribera are also situated 15 minutes away.

Beautiful Villa in quiet location

This villa was perfect for us! There were 2 families and the bedroom layout of the property meant we had a side of the villa for each family. It is located on a disused golf resort so is very quiet, but this was great for us as the children could go to bed at a normal time and not be disturbed, and we could sit just outside. In the morning having the pool was amazing, straight in for a dip before breakfast and lazy pool days without having to fight for sun beds! We hired cars and drove to the nearby village and water park and had an overall amazing holiday in a beautiful property.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus bietet alles was man brauch. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage in der das Haus steht ist eine ehemaliges Golf Resort. Die Plätze sind jedoch nicht bespielbar und dementsprechend ist nicht mehr viel los fort und ca 1/3 der Gebäude leer. Man ist allerdings innerhalb ca 1km in Sucina, ein nettes kleines Dörfchen das alles notwendige hat. Die Anbindung ans Mar Menor ist über die RM-1 hervorragend. Wanderern empfehle ich den Alto los Ginovinos, die Aussicht dort oben kann man sich nicht vorstellen wenn man vo der Meerseite kommt :)

Zou niet meer verhuurd mogen worden. Mozaïektegels van zwembad kwamen los. Kookplaat stuk al was dat geweten dat deze soms niet werkte. Dagen geen warm water wegens wegnemen gasmeter.(Rekening niet betaald!!!) BBQ vuil en vies ook rondom. Binnen grote stofnetten. Nog geen kom om sla in te doen en dergelijke. Ik kan me dan ook niet voorstellen om daar met 8 personen te verblijven. Inox profielen bovenrand zwembad steken uit en zijn niet gelijk dus hier met kinderen verblijven is niet aan te raden. De losse tegels die de Poelman opviste werden gewoon aan de kant gesmeten en moesten we dit zelf opkuisen. WC lekte dus elke avond moesten we de kraan dicht draaien. Sorry voor het ongemak. I am surprised by this review especially due to the fact that during the month it was rented I did not receive one message outlining any of these problems. I was only made aware of them 2 weeks after the guests had returned home with a request for 400 euros. I did message a number of times to check all was ok with no response which is a shame as I would have informed our management team and sorted out any problems immediately. I have informed the management team of all the issues noted here and I will go through them as honestly as I can. Firstly there was a problem with the gas metre which was very unfortunate we offered our sincere apologies and compensation. This was not because we didn't pay a bill but a mistake made by the company for which they have apologised for. I understand the frustration here but rest assured this will not happen again. Regarding the mosaics I was told some tiles had come loose and we have now retiled the whole pool so that this does not happen again. Also it was said that we knew the hob in the kitchen was faulty, I have to emphasis this is completely untrue, the hob was replaced on the day it was reported to the team at the resort, we had no prior knowledge of this. We have had many children staying at our villa over the summer with no comments about the pool being unsafe, again I have asked for this to be checked and nothing was found. Regarding bowls for lettuce these could have been delivered to you immediately had you asked. If the BBQ was dirty or the toilet leaked why would you not report it as you were staying a month? The villa was newly refurbished a year ago and we have had positive feedback until now.

Una muy buena estancia para no salir de ella.

La casa está fenomenal para mi lo mejor la distribución con 4 habitaciones separadas en dos bloques compartiendo baño dos a dos. Por otro lado le falta algo de mantenimiento, por ejemplo utensilios de cocina muy desgastados. La urbanización no tiene nada ya que por circunstancias La peraleja golf no se llegó a terminar, tiene seguridad privada eso sí. Bien es cierto que lo que le hemos pedido a la propietaria nos lo ha facilitado sin problema por ejemplo una magnífica barbacia. Julia muy amable.

La villa fenomenal, el lugar pésimo ya que está abandonado y es un páramo desolado, no hay campo de golf y hay muchas casas abandonadas a mitad de hacerse y el restaurante también está abandonado. Es una pena porque el lugar merecía la pena.

We understand your feedback on Peraleja at his moment in time and as you say both the restaurant and golf course are currently closed. With that said the villa and grounds are very private and enclosed so once inside you could be anywhere we love relaxing at the pool area. Hope you enjoyed the beautiful nearby beaches and the small town Sucina and that you felt looked after by Liz and myself during your stay. Enjoy the rest of your summer.
