About this property

Detached house in the historic center

A two-story detached house in the historic centre.<br>On the ground floor, there is an open-concept living area with a kitchen and living room furnished with a dining table, a sofa, and a TV. <br>On the upper floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The entire house has been recently renovated while preserving the warm and cosy atmosphere of the historic homes in the centre: wooden ceilings, terracotta tiles, and some original furnishings. The area is very central yet very peaceful and quiet. <br>The house, located in the quiet and charming alleys of the historic centre, is just a short walk from Corso Ovidio and close to the main artistic and cultural attractions, as well as shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and bistros.<br>Piazza Garibaldi is just a few minutes’ walk away, where, in addition to the Giostra Cavalleresca, the city’s main events take place, such as the weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.<br>Free and paid parking is available nearby, and the main bus stop is 500 metres away.
