4BR/3BA Guadalupe River home just 1/4 mile North of the 2nd crossing on River Rd in New Braunfels, Tx.

Just a few minutes from antiques and shopping in downtown New Braunfels and Gruene.

From this 1/2 acre property enjoy the scenic cliff-side and beautiful 101 feet of private DIRECT RIVER ACCESS right out of the back door (only for use by renters of this home)!

Tube rental and shuttle service is provided just 100 yards away at Son's Guadalupe, and a little further at the Loan Star Float House. Flloating with these outfits allows you to float all the way back to the house or exit at a variety of places up and down the river.

This location is perfect for playing in the river or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also, if you enjoy live music, shopping and restaurants, the property is short drive to Whitewater Amphitheater & Gruene Hall.

If you get tired of playing in the river, 'Schlitterbahn', a wonderful water park is located in New Braunfels.

Constructed in 2018 this luxurious home is 4BR/3Bath. Has an open Kitchen/Dining/Living room with many amenities.

My family has stayed here every year for the past four years for our family reunion. The location is beautiful and the house is made for entertaining. We appreciate the cleanliness and well-maintained aspects of the property and Cody is responsive and accommodating. We have even gotten to know the lovely neighbors, who live there year round, and their fabulous dog, Rip. This is a great place for a quiet place to relax with family and enjoy the views.

Perfect for a group of men/boys on Spring Break who were eating every meal out. Owners were accommodating.Kitchen could use better cups and utensils. Outdoor space was aged and needed better outdoor furniture. House could also use river craft like paddle board or kayak or more comfortable seating on the river.

Family from the Houston area that grew up on the Guadalupe and Comal during our summer vacations as kids. We loved it so much that we decided we wanted to make a piece of this area ours.

Why they chose this property

This property was a beautiful 1/2 acre with pecan trees and great area next to the river that had cliff view and perfect water access. The 101' of river frontage was a +, too.

What makes this property unique

Beauatiful and scerene views of the river and cliffside. In the mornings you will find deer, ducks, squirrels, and sometimes turkeys roaming the backyard. Often fish can be seen swimming in schools through the river as well.
