Curtis was fantastic and brought us a couple guitars for some Christmas carol serenading at the promenade in front of our home. So fun. The hot tub was grand. The beach proximity was the highlight. Everything we needed was included with the house.

The most beautiful house on the boardwalk

Perfect spot to host my husbands 40th birthday , the grill didn’t end up working which was a little bit of a downer but we quickly improvised. Check in and check out was super easy .

50th Birthday Getaway

Beautiful house right on the beach. Everything you need in a house plus a hot tub on the roof. Great outdoor furniture on the decks for morning coffee or sunset watching from the roof. There is plenty to do nearby and it's a short walk for stores and great food. I would book this place again for sure. We had a blast.

However, the house was not very clean, front door was handle was broken when we got there and was supposed to be fixed the next day but never was, and basic items like shampoo, conditioner, adequate toilet paper, trash bags, towels were not provided. Towels and sheets were very worn also. For the price I really expected a first class place.

Can't Beat the Location

The location of this house and it's size are just perfect, especially for a large family or group traveling together. Walking distance to everything and the views from the decks can't be beat. We'll definitely look at staying here again.

The ocean front , 66 feet of ocean front ,the detail of the house with it's style , each room is a different vibe the size of the house plenty of room,
the palm trees surrounding it's foundation ,the boardwalk use of the area for biking , basketball , surfing, swimming ,tennis +the convienence of restaurants , pubs , markets. are walking distance (not driving distance ) this particular area of mission beach is quiet , unlike the rest of mission beach . it is a prime location of this 5 mile strip & also close to the bay & marina for Boating.
