If it's good walking in a beautiful part of the country, this is the ideal spot with walks from the door. The cottage is warm, comfortable and clean and everything you need is provided, with a handy patio, ideal for potentially muddy walking boots' storage. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely well equipped cottaged located on a working farm in the middle of the Eden valley, the animals are very considerate and quiet 😀. A great location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, and lots of walks nearby too. The cottage is also an ideal place to just relax and while away the time while admiring the beautiful scenery. The owners Phillipa and Steve were very welcoming and very friendly, which made our break even more enjoyable. A big thumbs up fro us 👍
