Exactly what we were hoping for

Sometime the property doesn't live up to the pictures. That was not the case here. The house and property are as nice as it looks in the pictures. We loved staying here and have been recommending it to all our friends and family. The owner, Lisa, was wonderful and very helpful. You will need a car to get anywhere, but it is so worth it.

we love the home we love the location. The host was easy to communicate with the homeless, spacious and extremely clean and well kept. But there’s about three things that they need a tidy up. Their Wi-Fi needs to be better too much buffering improve on possible a new refrigerator third master bathroom shower water was only lukewarm for the whole week the other bathrooms all work great the other thing I know you can’t control, but there is a lot of dogs around the property that bark a lot.

The pictures and the location was just as described. We where a family of 6 and then we had visit and was 8 at on point. Big rooms and clean, and a lot of space. The gardens are big and are split into different areas. We spent a lot of time by the pool and enjoyed having it all to ourselves. Big space for parking the cars under the trees and in the shadows. Super easy to communicate whit the owners that lives in the buildings beside. Good tv, Wi-Fi, nice kitchen. The only minus we can say is that there is a dog kennel beside and the dogs are barking day and night, we had fans and air plugs that downed some of the noise but still a bit disturbing.

Die Villa in der Toskana ist groß und schön, mit einem großzügigen Gelände, sowie einem ansprechend gestalteten Pool und einem großen Garten. Das Anwesen wirkt insgesamt stolz und repräsentativ. Allerdings gibt es deutliche Abzüge: Das WLAN ist unzuverlässig und könnte deutlich besser funktionieren. Die Küche ist nur mittelmäßig ausgestattet, was bei längeren Aufenthalten zu Einschränkungen führt. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Hunde, deren ständiges Bellen störend ist und den Erholungswert mindert.Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Hausbesitzerin sehr bemüht ist, auftretende Probleme zeitnah zu beheben und sich um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste kümmert. Insgesamt eine attraktive Unterkunft mit Potenzial, das vor allem durch besseres WLAN und eine hochwertigere Küchenausstattung deutlich gesteigert werden könnte; das ständige Bellen der Hunde streicht jedoch den Erholungsfaktor deutlich.

Tenuta Santa Colomba

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit großem Parkähnlichen Garten, das Haus hat schöne große Räume, der Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen einfach genial. Den Grill haben wir oft benutzt. Die Bilder entsprechen den tatsächlichen Begebenheiten. Alles sehr sauber. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Mit kleineren Mängeln im Haus kamen wir zurecht. Die Besitzer des Hauses wohnen im direkten Anbau und im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Das Bellen der Hunde hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Wir waren als Familie da, dafür perfekt geeignet. Für Gruppen die Halli Galli wollen ist das Haus und das Anwesen zu schade. Ein Dankeschön für wunderschöne Urlaubstage in einem sehr alten und schön hergerichteten toskanischen Anwesen.

belle propriete, belle piscine, de la place pour 8 personnes sans soucis, probleme de voisinage trop de chiens aboient toutes les nuits et non stop dans le quartier. gros point negatif qui est dommageagle pour la villa sinon ce serait vraiment top

La campagne proche de tout

La propriété est à la campagne mais proche de la mer et de très belles villes comme Lucca et Pise. L'endroit est calme et spacieux .
