Very nice modern house in a great location. Pictures accurately represented the property. Pool and patio were wonderful amenities. Kitchen is small but functional, with full size fridge and four burner gas range. House was clean and reasonably well maintained. Host was responsive and helpful. Check in gets four stars (only) because the on-line process was a little glitchy (not recognizing a passport and not reflecting payment of the tourist tax) but these were sorted out with the agent upon arrival with no issues. Overall, would recommend this property.

We enjoyed the pool and dining outdoors. The property overlooked the beautiful countryside and is close to many charming towns. The property had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this perfect little villa… a beautiful choice for a girls’ Italian escape, a family holiday, or a romantic Puglian getaway. The home is spacious and comfortable enough for four, and it truly has everything you could need and more.The house was exceptionally clean & comfortable but the pool is without a doubt the star of the home! It is absolutely gorgeous and made relaxing at the villa even more special.Our welcome host was incredibly kind, warm, and informative. He went above and beyond to accommodate a few last-minute requests, which made our arrival and stay feel especially easy and welcoming.The villa is tucked away surrounded by beautiful olive trees. Having private parking was also a wonderful convenience. The location is fantastic for exploring Puglia, with most towns within about a 20–40 minute drive. Ostuni and Cisternino are especially close, at only about a 10-minute drive away.We also recommend adding housekeeping to your stay… it makes everything even more convenient. The garbage collection does require some specific instructions and scheduling, so having housekeeping take care of that is a nice added convenience. This home is a wonderful base for experiencing the beauty of Puglia. You will not be disappointed! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful villa for a truly memorable Italian getaway.

Perfect for our needs

Overall the villa was great, the layout and pool were perfect for our needs and the place was clean. We traveled with a baby and were hoping for a microwave for sterilising bottles, there wasn’t one but that’s on us for not checking. The communication from the team beforehand was fantastic and I’d like to leave a personal huge thank you to Martina. On our last day we had a flat tyre on the hire car and she went above and beyond to help us resolve the situation - without her help we would have been totally stuck so thank you so so so much! Only slight areas of improvement for me - I will say that the description lists this villa as within walking distance to places - it’s not. You will absolutely need a car to get anywhere, that said the towns nearby are all within 10/12 minutes and lovely for aperitivo or strolling in the day. Other than that, there is an expectation to dispose of your own rubbish at the “local” recycling centre (5km away) which we weren’t aware of…thank you again for helping Martina 😘.

Sehr schön

Das Haus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir waren zu zweit, und so hatte jeder sein eigenes Bad und einen Raum für unser Gepäck.Zu viert wäre es uns zu klein gewesen. Es war alles tip top sauber, und vor jedem Fenster Fliegengitter, Jalousien und sogar Gitter für die Sicherheit. Der Pool war super und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Lage war sehr gut um die umliegenden Städte zu besichtigen und zum Meer waren es gute 20 min. Die Nachbarn waren zwar in der Nähe, aber es war trotzdem diskret. Was wir leider bemängeln müssen ist, dass das Wlan schlecht war, und der Fernseher nicht Internetfähig. Aber absolut unmöglich fanden wir die Müllsituation. Um diesen zu Entsorgen musste man zu bestimmten Zeiten an bestimmte Orte fahren, um diesen zu Entsorgen.Aber wenn man Pech hatte auch nur bestimmten Müll.Und wenn man noch mehr Pech hatte war zur angegebenen Zeit gar niemand da. Ich bin der Meinung das man das dem Gast nicht zumuten darf seine wertvolle Urlaubszeit mit der Müllentsorgung zu vergeuden !!

Splendida Villa nel cuore della Val d'Itria

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di assoluta tranquillità. La casa ben curata ha tutti i confort necessari. La posizione è eccezionale per raggiungere in pochi minuti Ostuni, Cisternino e Locorotondo. È stato un magnifico soggiorno.
