A Casa DEI Nonni Comodo e Spazioso Appartamento di Fronte al Mare

"A casa dei nonni" is a spacious 170-square-meter apartment featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, and a comfortable living room with an adjoining dining area overlooking Bari’s beautiful waterfront.
It’s just a 14-minute walk from the central station.
“A casa dei nonni” is located in Bari’s tourist district, and together with Old Bari, it’s the heart of Bari’s nightlife in the evenings.
Nearby, in the summer, you can walk along the waterfront to the beautiful Pane e Pomodoro beach.

There are three air conditioners: one in the master bedroom, one in the living room, and one in bedroom 3 (it isn’t visible in the photo because it was taken before the new air conditioner was installed). The house is also equipped with portable air conditioners and fans.
Basic necessities (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee, salt, etc.) are provided as a welcome kit. Any additional needs will be at the guest’s expense. There is an extra charge for using the double bed as a single bed.
Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (15:00–23:00); check-ins outside these hours incur an additional charge of 10 euros for each hour past the check-in deadline. STARTING IN OCTOBER 2023, a mandatory tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night (up to 4 nights) applies in Bari; this must be paid in cash upon check-in.
