Had a great time on our annual family trip. We have stayed at Phoenix West several times. This is the first time we did not have an ice maker in the bar. It was really missed by all 8 of us! Had to buy ice daily.

Quiet and clean

Very nice place, clean. Quiet location is family friendly, away from Spring Beak crowds. Only drawback is all TV's unable to access online streaming. Property only features a CD player for music. No bluetooth capability. Seems like an easy fix.

Excellent experience

Condo was perfect for our family of 7. All amenities were well enjoyed. Easy check-in and out process for a busy time of year.

Only issues I had, the unit lacked of a true frying pan and the living room furniture was not comfortable.
