Excellent in every way! The house is large, comfortable, and clean! Everything works the way it should. We had everything we needed! Plenty of space, big bathrooms, TWO kitchens!The pool is huge and clean. Great seating and umbrellas around it. Serena was the best host! We would recommend this house for anyone, especially with a family! You won't regret it.

Magical

Serena’s place was perfect for our 2 families traveling together. All five teenagers and 20’s had place to stretch out and relax. The pool was amazing ! Serena was very responsive and helped us out with several unusual requests! Wonderful place. ❤️

Beautiful property in the foothills of Bugnara. Sleeps a big group—we were 8 adults plus a 15-month-old. Highlights: Beautiful swimming pool which was a lifesaver as temps were in the high 90s and low 100s Fahrenheit during our stay. Also, the home has screens and sunshades, enabling you to open the windows to allow airflow and control the heat from the sun during the daytime, but without insects! Huge bonus. SERIOUSLY. Manage expectations about areas to hang out—most Italian homes don’t have what Americans would call a living room or TV room. Their layouts are more formal, like parlors or dining rooms with extra seating areas. So large groups can sit together at one of a few outdoor seating areas or at the large glass tables on the ground floor. There is an outdoor grill, freezer, and pizza oven but we didn’t cook while there. The two kitchens are small but adequate. Two refrigerators, one with a freezer to make tiny but appreciated ice cubes. Comfortable bedding, lots of fans to keep air moving. Host Serena was lovely and responsive to communication. She met us at the property to get us situated. Follow the provided coordinates to the house not the address because Google maps takes you to the wrong place. Visit the small villages of Bugnara, Introdacqua, Pacentro, Pratola Pelingna, within a short drive and within an hour’s drive of the Adriatic. Less than a two- hour drive of Rome and its international airport.

Super séjour dans cette belle maison. Maison très Propre. La piscine est parfaite est nettoyée tous les matins par le jardinier qui est très discret. La propriétaire est très accueillante et Francesco au top pour le français et la visite. La région est merveilleuse. Au Top.

This was the second time that our travelling group of two families has stayed in this Villa. It is spacious, clean and the host, Serena, is very fast at responding to any questions. The pool is amazing ! Very easy to reach Sulmona and nearby day trips such as Scanno. Highly recommend !!

Un Gîte exceptionnel

Ce gîte est vraiment exceptionnel. Tout d’abord la gentillesse de Serena, sa spontanéité à chercher le meilleur pour nous, à mettre en valeur sa magnifique région les Abruzzes, a contribué au succès de nos vacances en Italie. Nous avons apprécié le côté atypique de la maison qui permettait d’avoir des lieux d’intimité pour nos enfants et petits-enfants, ainsi que le confort des chambres, le petit déjeuner mis à disposition, le matériel de cuisine, le linge en quantité suffisante. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus par un gardien très discret. La piscine, propre et de grande taille, est entourée de plusieurs transats, fauteuils, tables, parasols. Après les visites étouffantes, Rome, Pescara,…) nous avons apprécié la chaleur délicate des Abruzzes, la beauté du paysage, des monuments religieux, la qualité des restaurants, des glaciers,…et la piscine. Cette location restera dans le cœur de nos deux familles. Questo cottage è davvero eccezionale. Innanzitutto la gentilezza di Serena, la sua spontaneità nel ricercare il meglio per noi, nel mettere in risalto la sua magnifica regione l'Abruzzo, hanno contribuito alla buona riuscita della nostra vacanza in Italia.
