Can ema - stunning

Couldn’t really ask for anything else, this property has everything needed for a nice quiet week with the family, bonus points for the goats that came down the side of the property onto the side of the rocks and down to the sea. Washing machine and tumble dryer could do to be upgraded for better energy efficiency and quicker washes and could do with a couple of sets of towels in the bathroom but we had had a fab time and were sad to leave, 1 week wasn’t long enough

Wir hatten mit Paula und Chary eine tolle Betreuung vor Ort und digital - sie waren immer da: Check-in &-out sowie alle Fragen / Wünsche wurden umgehend und sehr gut gelöst. Auch der Eigentümer hat auf unseren Wunsch vorab noch einen Einrichtungsgegenstand angeschafft. Also eigentlich alles perfekt. Dann sind wir angereist: Im Juli. Das Haus hat (wie angegeben) Klimaanlagen nur in den Schlafzimmern. Als wir das Haus betraten, hatten wir aufgrund der großen Glasfenster und im Vorfeld ausgeschalteter Klimaanlagen weit über 33 C. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren so schwach, dass sie 2 Tage bei voller Leistung gebraucht haben, um auf bestenfalls 25 C in den Schlafzimmern herunterzukühlen. Meistens lag die Temperatur dort bei 26 C, inakzeptabel. Und noch mehr bei der Preisklasse. Und dies waren noch die klimatisierten Räume. Da in den anderen Räumen am 2. Tag immer noch weit über 30 C waren, wurden uns netterweise mobile Klimageräte gebracht. Aber diese schafften auch nur 30 in den Räumen im Küchenbereich, oben waren dauerhaft über 32 C. Wir konnten uns nicht außerhalb der Schlafzimmer im Haus aufhalten. Die tolle Aussicht aus den besonderen Räumen konnten wir in keiner Weise genießen. Entweder wir waren auf der Terrasse oder in den Schlafzimmern. Fazit: Fantastischer Blick - die Terrasse mit Pool und Aussicht sind unschlagbar - tolles Haus: ABER NICHT geeignet zwischen Juni und September, also bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Schade!
