YOUR CAROLINA BEACH VACATION!!!

Welcome to our beach house! Our family fell in love with Carolina Beach during our first stay. The island offers the perfect balance of relaxation and leisure. It is a great place for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or long weekend away. We hope you enjoy our home and the island just as much as we do!

THE BEACH HOUSE:
One block away from the beach, our home offers 3 bedrooms (beds for 8), 3 full bath rooms and 1,800 sq ft of living space. The common area has an open floor plan ideal for social gatherings with a well-appointed kitchen, sectional sofa, and 60 inch TV. The front deck offers views of the intracoastal while the back deck has peek-a-boo views of the ocean.

• 2nd Bedroom with queen bed & full bathroom
• 3rd Bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle bed
• WIFI, 3 LED Smart TV's, DVD Player & children's toys

• Beach Chairs and toys
• Linens and Towels are provided
• Enclosed Outdoor Shower
• Ring Doorbell installed for safety. There are no devices inside of the home.

THE BEACH:
We may be biased, but we believe it is one of the nicest beaches on the east coast with great sand. The beach is wide and not as crowded as most. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk (voted 3rd best boardwalk in the country by USA Today in 2016) is quick walk if you are looking for restaurants, bars, and amusement. However, if you would like a more relaxed low-key vibe, just walk one block to your own stretch of paradise.

• Watch fireworks, movies, and live music on the Boardwalk all summer long
• Visit the Fort Fisher Aquarium
• Sample beers and play Frisbee golf at the island's own microbrewery
• Charter a fishing boat
• Learn to surf from gold medalist, Tony Silvagni
• Hike the Carolina Beach State Park
• Rent a 4x4 and have a fire on the beach at Freeman Park
• Open water recreation: Kayaks and Stand-up Paddleboards
• Spend a day in Wilmington or take the ferry to Southport

We had such a fabulous time; the house was super clean. The y had all sorts of games so during nap times, our oldest and us played Scrabble. The greatest part was that had everything one would need in a home and all the things toddlers love. The house was full equipped with anything one would need for a home. It was our "home away from home" .

Fantastic stay!

The owner was great. Very helpful and sent us a list of fun things to do in the area. The house is perfectly located a block from the beach and half a mile from the boardwalk, so easy walking distance to everything. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Location and Amazing Host

We had a great time even with Tropical Storm Debby in the area for the week. Great restaurant recommendations from Alan and overall we had an excellent time. It's a quick walk to the beach and plenty of beach chairs and more available to use. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking meals was easy. Thanks for a great stay. Definitely enjoyed Carolina Beach!!

Wonderful place for the entire family!

We loved staying here so much! Everything was clean, check-in/ out was super easy, and Alan was a great host checked in with us for any questions or recommendations. Perfect Beach House

We loved this place. It was clean, a 2 minute walk to the beach, perfect for young children, great kitchen and large family room for all to enjoy. Alan was especially attentive and welcoming. If you're looking for a very nice beach location and house, this is it.

Carolina Beach Family Vacation

We were very pleased to stay here for our family beach vacation trip. It was perfectly located close to the boardwalk and beach, which gave us plenty to do.
