Jolie villa avec une très bonne localisation

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa proche du port de l’Estany et d’Amettla Del Mar. Villa tout confort et bien équipée avec une magnifique vue. Piscine très agréable. Gestionnaire très réactif.

nid d hirondelles sous le toit de la terrasse couverte avec table à manger plein de fientes répugnantes mauvaise odeur piscine encastree dans tout petit terrain barbecue minuscule et nul pas de parasol pour les lits de piscine plages promises a pied , mensonge bref maison à ne pas louer tromperie sur la marchandise et agence nulle

We would like to re-assure guests that Villa Catalina prior to this review the average rating was 5, all clients had been very happy with the villa. The villa has plenty of outside space, there are 5 retractable sunshades such as you can see on the main photograph, so there is plenty of shade. The only way to remove the swallow’s nest would have been to kill the chicks inside which we did not consider to be humane. The villa and the dining terrace were perfectly clean upon the guests arrival, there was no smell, apart from the slight residue smell of our non-evasive hygienic cleaning products. There is a beach within walking distance of the Villa and many more beaches and coves within a 5 minute drive of the villa.

Villa CATALINA

La casa espectacular, limpia, espaciosa y todo el menaje de cocina nuevo, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, lo peor, los mosquitos en la zona ajardinada y terrazas que no pudimos cenar ningun dia fuera. En el cheking (FAMLY VILLAS) fueron rápidos en atendernos y darnos las llaves, nos llevaron hasta la casa, muy amables, nos solucionaron el problema del wiffi enseguida. Gracias !

Aufenthalt Juni 2019, 2 Familien mit Kindern

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder. Das Haus können wir definitiv weiter empfehlen! Die Lage ist sehr schön und der Ausblick genial. Das Haus selber war schön, sauber und hatte ausreichend Platz für alle. Küche war super ausgestattet. Der Wohn-Essbereich war hell und schön eingerichtet und es gab viele Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele. WLAN hat super funktioniert. Der Außenbereich war auch schön möbliert und der Pool war sehr schön (sogar beleuchtet)und vor allem sauber. Einzig was uns gestört hat war das Zimmer mit den drei Einzelbetten. Das Zimmer ist quasi im Keller, hatte aber schon Fenster, halt relativ weit oben. Das Zimmer an sich ist trotzdem ganz nett, ist aber schon ziemlich weit entfernt von den restlichen Zimmern/Wohnbereich sodass wir es für kleinere Kindern ungeeignet finden...Teenager würden aber wahrscheinlich gerade deshalb sich dort wohlfühlen 🙂. Kommunikation war bestens, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns ganz wohl. Family Villa Rentals können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Wonderful

We recently returned from Villa Catalina and it was everything we wanted and more. Villa was amazing, in a beautiful area. We hired a car and drive around the local area, visiting the water park and Miami Platja. Lovely restaurants nearby and a little beach bar. Check in process was fab and very straightforward. Thank you so much!
