Carlos Pointe #335 - Beachfront Condo with Modern Kitchen & Screened Lanai!

Updated 2 bed / 2 bathroom South-end condo with beautiful Gulf of America views. Throughout the condo there are many upgraded features including remodeled bathrooms, tile floors throughout living area and washer and dryer. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with upgraded designer white cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and stocked with all the essentials of home including many small appliances.

The family room has a sleeper sofa, chairs and flat screen TV, dining area with seating for 6 and breakfast bar with seating for 4. Our master bedroom has a king size bedroom with TV and private master bathroom with spacious counters with a sink and tub/shower setup. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and flat screen TV, and hallway bathroom has a shower setup.  Other amenities to make your stay more comfortable include Free Wi-Fi, linens and towels.  Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Our property has a large lanai with outdoor seating, enjoy the beautiful Gulf of America waters and sandy beach from your private lanai. 

Carlos Pointe community has a large heated pool with lounge chairs, and outdoor BBQ. There are many Fort Myers Beach amenities for your to do during your stay.  You can walk to the beach (at your door step), local restaurants and shops.  There is also a trolley that will take you up and down the island if you want to explore the Time Square area, Lovers Key Beach and the Shell Mound House.

Make Fort Myers Beach your next vacation spot.  During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This property has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Property has a 6 person limit. Pets are not allowed in this unit due to severe allergies in the owner's family.

Everything was just as described! Unit was clean and updated. Plenty of room and well appointed. The view was breathtaking and beaches were quiet and shelling was awesome! Check in and out was simple! Would return!

Great location!

This is a fantastic location on the south end of the island! It is quiet, beautiful, and just what we’ve come to expect from Fort Myers Beach. I only left four out of five stars for the check in process because we had to use a physical key to get into our condo. That being said, we had to use the physical key to get into the office, the game room, and stairwells.

Great Condo

Condo is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. Check in process was easy. Bring a beach wagon to haul your chairs and umbrella. Property is beach front with a hefty walk to the water. The beach is nice, quiet and uncrowded. We enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the bay. We saw dolphin, manitee, starfish and a seahorse. You will not be disappointed.

This property is NOT on a beach. It's on a pass. Ft Myers Beach area is 3-5 miles away. Tons of storm drain construction going on all down Beach road. Condo a little dirty and sand fleas everywhere on the pass

The pool was closed , when it opened on Monday it looked the same as it did All week. There were no repairs going on when we were there Extremely disappointing. We could not speak with the property manger never answered the phone.

Quiet paradise!

Perfect updated unit, with panoramic views of the gulf and Big Carlos Pass. Close to great restaurants and other beach type destinations. Would definitely rent here again!

Great location

The property was as advertised, but the best part of the trip was the proximity to the beach. Walking to the beach everyday was so convenient, and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The amenities were adequate and the only recommendation would to allow earlier check-in, but that’s about it. Would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived just before the corona virus became pandemic. The condo unit was great - clean, comfortable, kitchen had all we needed. An ocean front balcony which we spent SO much time on. We love the location. A wide expanse of beach and beautiful Gulf Coast scenery. A 30 min walk to Santini Plaza with several restaurants, ice cream, and some shops for summer clothes and gift items. Nice outdoor pool. We left the day after the beach was closed due to the virus, which was our planned departure date. Whew! Pretty good timing, as it turned out.

Beautiful updated condo with great view. Beach was large and pretty empty. Locations is pretty far from square and it is difficult to get around without a car, and with a car traffic is heavy and slow.
