2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo. Ground floor end unit near the entrance. Gated community, pool (open April-October), fitness, cable, wifi and more. Located a short walking distance to the Florida Auto Exchange Stadium (Toronto Blue Jays). A short walk to downtown Dunedin, the Pinellas Trail or to view a bay sunset. 10 minutes drive to Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island Ferry, 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach.
This condo is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Come back from your adventure and relax on your shaded veranda porch. Grill out at the community grills just steps away or take a short trip to one of the fantastic restaurants in the area.
What makes this location so special? The serenity. No traffic, no lines and no waiting. There is a 3 month minimum stay but if you find this unit is not available for the times you want, contact us as we may have availability at another nearby location.
