This cosy , homely former crofter’s cottage with sheep , hares etc in surrounding fields  is located in a wonderful rural spot ( pa42 7al area ) just off the new Port Ellen distillery road to the Oa area in Port Ellen. The comfortable  living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This refurbished in 2018 cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.


This property has a real coal fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the open garden.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed also a small screen smart tv .
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.

Guest access to kitchen / toilet /shower from room 2 in extension is only by passing through room 1
ask if more information required * There is only one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
