Grand Coquina is one of the few complexes in the area to feature both an indoor pool and an indoor hot tub so that guests can enjoy swimming regardless of the weather outside. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center, sauna, and 2 large club rooms.

Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Grand Coquina offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Grand Coquina is the Dunlawton Bridge featuring all the shops and restaurants on and near Dunlawton Avenue. Directly across from Grand Coquina is High Tides Restaurant and a convenience store. Local surf shops, Mini-Golf, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.

The moment you enter this 16th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter into the open floorplan to be greeted by a family room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a large television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party with the fully stocked kitchen equipped. The adjacent dining area includes bar stools for additional seating and allows you to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience!

This condo boasts two spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large, glass sliding doors to enjoy the oceanfront views. The primary bathroom showcases a private water closet, garden tub/shower combo with a handheld shower head, and double vanity.

The guest bedroom holds two twin beds and a television with an ensuite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom includes a low-ledge walk-in shower.

Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time but the condo is in bad need of new linens. The sheets and towels need to be replaced.

September Vacation

Unit was nice, building and pool was nice, easy access to beach. Parking in garage was horrible, small assigned parking spot, extremely hard to get a standard size SUV in the parking space. No help from building management or leasing agent when we asked for a better parking spot.

All owners in all condo complexes are assigned one parking space and this cannot be reassigned. The parking space number is actually written into the purchase deed on all condo complexes. We did let you know of this when you asked. No we could not assist with another parking space but neither could any other owner, condo complex, or management company. All garages in all condo complexes and businesses have relatively narrow spaces but they do fit full size vehicles, including SUVs, although yes it is tighter than many other parking lots. This is just standard in parking garages. It's unfortunate you used this to leave a negative review, considering your stay was otherwise lovely.

Great ocean view condo

Lovely, nicely decorated condo with beautiful view. Heated indoor pool was a benefit as it was a cool January. Very nice exercise room and weight room. Great restaurants and entertainment nearby. Could have used a little more instructions on our first day on using the garage and other facilities. Since we arrived on a weekend day, there was no one in the office to help. Had a problem with the shower and the rental office took care of it immediately. Would definitely rent again.

Great Property

This property is amazing. Our stay was completely stress free. The property is very clean and well maintained. We really like the covered parking. The pool is also very nice and being on the side of the building is in the sun all day. Of all the different places we have stayed in Daytona Beach Shores this is definitely our favorite.

Delightful but dissatisfying

So much loveliness with a superficial gloss of luxury within the condo; examples: living room furniture looked great until you sat on it then needed help to get out of the "squish"; TV visible from one seat only in the room; threadbare sheets (pretty but so old the elastic didn't hold the sheet on the bed). We were excited to enjoy 2 pools (indoor & outdoor) and a hot tub (highly touted when we were planning our visit) -- the indoor pool & hot tub were unusable, had been closed for months (leasing agent should have been aware of that and not sold that "perk" so highly), outdoor pool was heated and lovely after our third (!) week there, accessed only through the parking garage (found that out many days into our stay). Had to ask a resident how to get to the outside pool and access the beach (through the garage). Check-in involved being handed a set of keys and a garage clicker, no explanations. Figured out by ourselves which key opened what door, it wasn't explained that we needed to check-in with onsite management (a few days in to our stay a pleasant man at the desk firmly stopped me and asked who I was and why I was there), when our vehicle wasn't able to fit under the garage door we just used on-site parking (unaware that we needed to register for that too and get a placard). We were both pleased with the exercise facilities and the level of cleanliness throughout. Practically perfect location with amazing views that made all I've previously said here almost worth the exorbitant price.

We've taken note of your concerns and the owner said they will replace the linens. We do disagree with the note about TV visibility as the furniture is set up like any other traditional living room and we feel you can see the TV from all furniture in the living room. The indoor pool was closed because of COVID. The original opening date of the pool was set to be the week of your arrival but after you reported the pool concerns to us, we reached out to the HOA and they informed us they decided to extend the pool closure because of a high number of COVID cases in the area. This was not something that could be avoided or predicted, unfortunately. With vaccinations going up everyday, the HOA anticpiates being able to open the indoor pool very soon. As you noted, the outdoor pool is also heated in the winter. There are signs throughout the building directly residents/guests to the outdoor pool and it's very common in condos to have the entrance through the parking garage. We've gone ahead and added that information to the property details in the guest app. We wish you hadn't waited 3 weeks to find out as we are always available via phone, email, or text to answer any questions. For your arrival and property details, we do send a link to log into your guest portal multiple times before arrival and our records show you never logged into this or ask us for an alternative. For guests who prefer not to use technology, we will gladly print out all the information instead, as long as we are made aware. During COVID, arrival is intentionally contactless as most guests prefer it this way to stay safe. However, even on the key envelope we list all our contact details again and encourage guests to reach out with any questions or concerns. We do our best to balance guest communication and satisfaction with our guests' and team members' safety and health.

This property was spacious and lovely! Loved its decor, cleanliness and location! It was so convenient to walk to some places. Listening to the surf each night was relaxing. Although only my husband and I stayed in it, it would have been plenty of space for two more others!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condo was on the 16th floor and was clean,well maintained, and had everything needed for a problem-free stay. The only drawback was that direct access to the beach from the pool area was closed for repairs. Otherwise it was a perfect experience. The office was helpful and the facilities were top-notch.

Unique Experience

After years of staying in the same-looking condos we picked this one for it's unique decor. We had so much fun in this condo and really loved the layout of furniture- especially the bar. All of our friends and I agreed it was the most fun we've all had in a condo rental.
