Thank you for your review and feedback. We're glad you found the apartment clean and convenient for exploring the area. We apologize for the confusion with the map pin, but we can assure you that the location is accurate. It's set to help guests easily find the place. Regarding the shampoo, that was an oversight on our part, and we apologize for the inconvenience—it’s something we’ll make sure doesn’t happen again. As for the noise, we understand that it can be disruptive, but the location is in the heart of the city, making it ideal for tourists who want to be close to the action. While it's usually a quiet spot, the lively atmosphere of Monastiraki can sometimes extend into the late hours due to festivals and special events. We're glad to hear that overall, you had a pleasant stay and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Celine, we greatly appreciate your kind words about our accommodation and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to host you again. We wish you all the best and look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

So glad you enjoyed your stay and that everything (10/10) worked out smoothly for you. It was a pleasure hosting you!
