We loved our stay here! The home was really beautiful and unique inside, and the pool area was amazing. The sunset views from the back were stunning. In addition, the local artwork inside the home was wonderful, giving this property a lot of character. Krissia, with the concierge service, was extremely helpful before and during our stay. It was really nice to have her guidance. The home was also very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a great stay with our family. The kitchen had all the utensils and things we needed, and we spotted sloths and monkeys in the surrounding trees. FYI: the pool is about 5ft deep, so it was a little deep for our kids, but we bought floaties so it worked out.

Absolutely a gem but expensive! We had a marvelous time grandparents, adult son and his 3 daughters. We loved every minute! Location is perfect! 2 of the days we were there (of 7) we were visited by an adorable gang of monkeys, between 12-20 little moneys they got brave enough to play right on the patio. They came 2 mornings, and apparently moved on. We did not feed them, as instructed but there were an abundance of mangos on the ground around the property with one bite taken! Those wasteful little monkeys!

Perfect slice of paradise! The home was beautiful, the wildlife was amazing. The location was awesome, conveniently located to everything we needed. Costa Rica will forever hold a piece of our hearts. The whole team was amazing - Krissia, Carol, Mariam, and Daniel. Every excursion they recommended for us to take was more of the same, incredibly nice people.

Villa was in great condition, as advertised. Krissia was always in contact with us and helped us with tips or bookings. This was the final leg of our Costa Rica trip and our favourite.

We absolutely loved our stay at this spacious and beautiful home in Manuel Antonio. We loved the outdoor porch, pool, and location of this home. The concierge Krissia helped us book excursions before we arrived, all of which were fantastic, gave us restaurant recommendations, and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. One highlight was a private chef, Chef William, who cooked dinner for our family one evening at the house. We'd love to come back again!

The location was perfect, in between two very popular areas! Easy transportation to the local areas.

This was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend. We were definitely in the jungle and saw Wildlife right from our patio of the house.!!! Great experience I cannot wait to go back!!!

Can’t say enough great things about this place. The concierge service, help with planning the trip and suggestions about the area were all great. The bird and monkey sightings off the deck did not disappoint. The house was well stocked and well maintained. Hoping we’ll get a chance to come back!

Perfect House!

Perfect house for our stay in Quepos. It was close to the marina and views were amazing. The pool was perfect after a long, hot day of fishing. The chef that was set up for us was amazing!!

Casa terraza was amazing! We had a great stay. The house was so relaxing and we saw so many animals from the backporch highlights being a sloth, toucan, hummingbirds, macaws and tons of other beautiful birds. Sunsets were stunning as well!

I spent four wonderful weeks at Casa Terraza with my adult children and their spouses. The house and property were spotless and easily met all of our expectations. We were visited by many monkeys, makaws, toucans (and one sloth)! The house is very close to many of the best attractions in Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The concierge, Krissia, gave us many helpful suggestions for things to see and do, and made reservations for us at several. Cleaners came twice a week to clean and do laundry. A magical vacation! Great place to stay with the family!

This house was perfect for our family. The owner was great to work with and every thing was just as described. We were hoping to see monkeys around the property. But once you drive into Manuel you will see lots of monkeys.
