The villa, respects the standards of the environment, it is surrounded by the Mediterranean maquis and it offers a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere in perfect harmony with the landscape.

A wide veranda allows to see all the Sicilian coast until Raisi Punta, while the furnishings are linear and sober.

The property has a living area of 200 m2, it spreads over two floors: you access inside through a large and bright living room and from the windows you can enjoy an amazing sea view; there is also a fireplace that provides heat for the rooms in the coldest days.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary and from here you can look at the lovely garden and the beautiful landscape.

An access, in the living room, leads to the sleeping area of the ground floor which includes: two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, while the laundry is in a different room.

A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower.

The strong point of the villa is its location since it offers the possibility of enjoying the sea, which is just 1 km far away and it flows to the amazing Cala Bianca bay; the shape of the bay seems to be a natural swimming pool, where it is possible to relax in its crystal sea.

Distance from the sea: 100 m. through a little path (not suitable for children), 1 km to Cala Bianca Beach.
Distance from the city center (supermarket, restaurants, shops ect.): km 5 to Castellammare del Golfo, 6 km to Scopello.
Distance from airport: 50 km (Aeroporto Falcone-Borsellino, Palermo) 60 km (Aeroporto Vincenzo Florio, Trapani Birgi)
Distance from railroad station: 11 km to Castellammare del Golfo railroad station

Rental rules:
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Minimum stay: 5 nights, changeover day: flexible.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linens, final cleaning and electricity up to 100 kwh (over 100 kwh it will be charged at 0,50 € / kwh to pay on the spot).
