Fun in the Sun

Very nice time in Destin staying at the Islander. The condo was very nice and updated, with a very pretty view. The beach and water are gorgeous.

Spring Break 2024

Loved spending the week in 610, it was home away from home, very relaxing. Loved the private beach (chairs and umbrella), the staff was great, and very helpful. The only downfall of this property is that you need to drive into town (can't walk to much), other than that, our spring break was great! I would definitely stay again!

It was cozy, well furnished and very comfortable. There were plenty of furnishing and accessories made available like cooking utensils and dishes. The space was very well kept. The only thing that was a surprise was the bathroom counters being lower than expected but it was not an issue at all. Would definitely love to stay in this unit again for future trips.

Unit 610 was a really nice, clean and the location was very convenient. It was a quiet area and was literally just 5-10 minutes away from the HarborWalk festivities. My favorite part of it was literally just a nice 3 minute walk to the beach. The views were absolutely stunning! I’m so sad our trip was over but will definitely be back to this same resort! You will not be disappointed with this rental. The location is close enough to several things but I recommend renting a car. We loved that the beach chairs were included. The property around the building was clean and nicely maintained. Everyone was very nice. The only negative for us was that the one elevator was a bit bouncy and disturbing. We got used to it but others expressed the same concerns.

When we arrived, I was overwhelmingly surprised by how clean, comfortable, and up-to-date the unit was. The furniture was nice and VERY comfortable, especially the beds. I will definitely check The Islander FIRST for availability on our next spontaneous trip!

This is our 3rd year here and 1st to not have a unit with a washer and dryer. Will definitely be switching back to units with them for future. But in general a nice property 7/10
