Our apartments „Meister Oase“ are located on the first two floors of a skyscraper, where they have a separate entrance and are rented out by private landlords.

The apartments were built 2019 at an upscale level. Free public parking is available near the building. The train station Leverkusen-Schlebusch can be reached within 5-7 minutes walking.

With the train „RB 48“, you can reach Messe-Deutz (the trade fair) in around 13 minutes and Cologne main train station is 17 minutes away.

In two minutes walk you can reach the „Manforter Brauhaus“, a typical restaurant, a supermarket and a small grocery store („Kiosk“), which is open between 5 a.m. and 1 a.m.

You can also find a bank and an ATM, 5 minutes away from the house.

Abenteuer in Leverkusen

Für eine Nacht grade noch okay, aber man muss schon beide Augen zudrücken wenn man Sauberkeit, Einrichtung und Lage beurteilt. Billigmöbel, kaputte und muffige Schränke im Bad, Haare und Flecken auf dem Sofa etc. Dazu ist das Objekt ein Hochhaus der 60er Jahre und mit mindestens 100 Wohnungen eine grenzwertige Immobilie mit Ghettocharakter. Positiv waren genügend vorhandenen Parkplätze und die reibungslose Schlüsselannahme. Für den Preis definitiv zu teuer (Apartment mit 2 Zimmern für 120 Euro)

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

War ein sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt wäre die Ausstattung von Küchen-Utensilien. Etwas mehr wäre angenehmer gewesen, man kam aber auch mit dem, was da war, zurecht.

For this reason we have equipped our rooms with what was very often not available. We offer our guests a small selection of drinks and meals for their own preparation, which are in our mini and supply bar, at reasonable prices. We live in the same property and are easily accessible for our guests. When you arrive, please ring the doorbell for the apartment or foreman.
