About this property

The perfect home for families, close to nature and the city of Stockholm

Two-story house in a suburb of Stockholm. Perfect for families.
4 bedrooms with beds for 7 + 1 extra bed

The top floor features a kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower, guest room (2 beds), and living room with TV. Outside, you’ll find a lovely garden, a terrace with a BBQ, a dining table, and a hot tub that gets afternoon sun.

Downstairs, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet.
There is also a small garden and terrace at the front of the house. We’ve set up a trampoline out front. The kids love it.

Toys are available. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. If there’s no traffic, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the city. 40 minutes by bus and commuter train. The bus stop is only 150 m from the house.

Free parking on the private driveway.
You have access to the entire house, terrace, and garden.
Quiet area with a large forest featuring running and walking trails just 600 m from the house. 1.5 km to the Viksjö golf course. 3 km to Lake Mälaren and the beach. 1 km to a local supermarket (ICA), pizzeria, restaurants, etc.
