About this property

Prime location, walk to everything in Aspen! 2 blocks to Gondola

Enjoy everything that downtown Aspen has to offer, from right out your front door. Walk to everything! Complex also has a hot tub and there is a steam shower in guest bathroom. Family friendly! Unit comes with a Pack N Play set for guests to use. Location: Aspen Central Core. 1 block from The Little Nell, easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Less than 100 yards from Ajax gondola, 3 blocks to bus stop that can take you to Highlands, Snowmass and Buttermilk. City Market grocery store is across the street.

Full remodel and redecorate was completed in December 2017. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Master has king sized bed. Queen bed in 2nd room and a Queen sleeper sofa in living room- with an upgraded mattress.

Gas fireplace creates cozy ambiance in the winter months and the unit has its own stacking washer dryer. Fully stocked kitchen with an oversize fridge, ice maker and filtered water dispenser. You also have a private entrance that is away from the other units in the complex and KEYLESS ENTRY!! So check in is super easy and all contact-less.

**Please note my updated policy regarding cancellations.**. Effective beginning Nov 1, 2020 - Sept 30 2021

The cancellation policy on this property is "Firm" which is as follows: Full refund for cancelations before 60 days from your check in date. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 30 days of your check in date will not receive any refund. I will not be making any special exceptions for Covid- 19 related cancellations. *Unless- all 4 of the Aspen/Snowmass ski areas shut down or if Pitikin county goes into a full lock down and/or bans travel into the area.* Should you need to cancel for any reason, I will help you either rebook the dates to a later time or I will offer a refund once I am able to fill your dates with another group. For this reason, if you are concerned about the risks associated with booking trips during these uncertain times, I highly recommend looking into Travel Insurance that will allow you to cancel for any reason.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels (or two if you’re so inclined) in the washer/dryer
Make sure to leave behind the parking pass and hot tub fob. There is a fine if either is missing (I have to pay to replace these items!)
Make sure the fireplace is off and thermostats turned down to 68 in the winter months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove footwear upon entering the unit.
Please observe the quiet hours for the complex from 10 PM-8 AM

The location was everything! Walk to all your favorite restaurants, grocery/liquor store, bars, clubs. Overall good tech (TVs/sonos), great hot tub that can fit a lot of people, solid amenities (ex: shower, washer/dryer). Had a great trip and host was responsive.

This property is located in excellent proximity to all that downtown Aspen (and the nearby trailheads) have to offer. We've stayed here before, and the condo is always clean and well-stocked with laundry detergent, soap, toilet paper, etc. It is a little bit loud at times due to it being located just below the sidewalk where people park, but it's still a great location. There is some opportunity for updating some of the interior doors (they stick quite a bit when opening/closing), but overall it's a great find in Aspen!

The condo was amazing and spacious for 4 guests. Sofa bed is a queen size with memory foam mattress which was very comfortable. Can’t beat the location! Jennifer was very accommodating and communicated quickly to our questions. Will definitely stay here again.

location couldn’t be any better. in the middle of town. right across the street from the grocery store. check in and check out process was easy. parking was convenient. condo had everything needed. there is no AC But fans were provided.

Fabulous location

We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was a cozy, clean, updated place to stay. Kitchen was VERY well stocked...we had our Thanksgiving dinner here with no issues. There was even a gravy boat!

Amazing property, perfect location and space

Unlike many aspen rentals where the beds nearly touch the walls, this wonderfully redone unit had plenty of space around the beds and in closets. Multiple people can be in the unit at one time without feeling crowded and the location cannot be beat. The steam shower is also a very nice touch and the owner is very responsive and helpful!

Great location of beautifully updated downtown unit. Host was very easy to work with and accessible. Rented this for my wife and daughter-I -law. The location was so convenient, felt very safe, easy parking and great remodel. Certainly one to go back to.

For three out of the four evenings, one of the showers didn't work and so my wife, teenage daughters and I all used one bathroom to shower. We also had a maintenance person come over one day, and then a couple of plumbers at 6pm on a Friday night. When it was finally fixed there was a terrible odor for a while. We were not happy.

Basement :-(

The townhouse/apt was true to it's description and very nice. However, it failed to mention it was lower level, below the main sidewalk on the corner of the street. No view for us/no privacy. The drapes remained drawn to keep sidewalk onlookers from looking down and observing us. I'd love to give it 5 stars but I could've rented a private chalet for the same price with privacy and a view of the mountains. This was a graduation trip for our daughter. Disappointing. Location in town though was great if you don't mind the fish-bowl experience.
