Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate overlapping months to make up 30 days during that period. If you would like to stay multiple months, we will accommodate that. (inquire for exceptions)
- Not suitable for non-swimmers, infants, or small children (swim at your own risk)
- Smoking is not permitted
-Use of the pool/spa heater is optional and requires prior arrangements. An additional deposit to cover the cost of propane will be requested. Guests will be charged for the cost of propane used. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded.

We spent Jan Feb and March at this beautiful home. Location! Friendly attentive owner quick to respond to communication! Amenities!The home is 8/10 mile to Lowdermilk Beach, 1.5 miles to Fifth Avenue and Third St shops and restaurants. Lovely walkable neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, screened in porch, tvs in each bedroom and two dens. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa. We will be back in 2027.

We loved our stay at the home on Mandarin Rd in Naples. The location and amenities were perfect! Spending time at the pool and relaxing was wonderful. Glorious stay in Naples

The house is exactly as described, very comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen has every appliance necessary to prepare all meals, lovely dining room for entertaining. We had a wonderful month of February at this house. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking as well as entertaining, right down to serving pieces and glassware. The property manager and owners were very attentive and went out of their way to address our requests immediately. The layout of the house allows for privacy and quiet relaxing alone time . The pool and spa are a huge bonus along with the beautiful neighborhood. Very close to downtown, the beach and great restaurants

A Nice Spring Break

We stayed in this home for several weeks late spring. The property provided a great venue for having family visit with the pool/spa and a short few blocks to the beach. With a split floor plan, everyone had plenty of room. The screened in porch with Smart TV was the most popular spot for gathering for meals. And a wonderful fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. There are lots of bikes/helmets and beach equipment to help make your stay enjoyable. This quiet location is close to restaurants, grocery and downtown Naples. And, the owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with.

The house suited my needs very well . Vic was easy to communicate with. The garage has way too much stuff in it. There we no towels for the pool or beach. My freinds used the older bikes and said they were fine. Noone used any of the beach chairs but, seemed to be enough . Overall a nice VRBO for my first time . Next time I will look at something with another bathroom(s) and larger guest rooms.

This home is absolutely wonderful. The private pool is so peaceful and relaxing. Views of neighboring housing completely blocked. The cruiser bikes were a terrific bonus. We loved riding to breakfast or the beach, or nearby shopping area with cute outdoor patio cafes and restaurants. The house was huge. Plenty of room. Everything was very clean. Kitchen stocked well with any utensil, pot etc you could possibly need. They had all essentials supplied like laundry soap, dishwashing soap, spices, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, etc. They even gave us a veggie tray in the fridge. I would Definitely stay again!! We brought dogs too. It was so easy with the marble floors and fenced yard with separate fenced grass are away from pool. My only recommendation would be to repair gate on fenced grass area and have more rug/runners inside because marble gets extr slippery when wet. Otherwise a perfect stay!!!

Perfect house for our family of four + 2 dogs. Salt water pool and hot tub are so refreshing compared to chlorine. Beach is a 3 min drive. Great communication from Property manager and owner. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this home. We love the location and the house. It's less than a15 minute walk to the beach and about a 5 minute drive to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed many hours on the lanai and outside by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for my son and me. This home lives much larger than the photos describe. There are several separate living spaces including a large lanai. We were in Naples for change of scenery and this home could not have been more problem free. It was immaculate, well equipped, quiet and had the best TV's to binge watch through the holidays! A perfect month that passed much too quickly.

Beautiful pool house!

This place was incredible for our vacation! We used the pool, hot tub, and outdoor patio space every day/evening. The entire interior is modern and clean. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you would need and more! The property manager and owner were more than accommodating to us and very pleasant to work with. Lastly, the location is close to the beach and the pier - highly recommend!

Beautiful home in Naples

We loved our 2 week stay at this beautiful home. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to 5th Ave S, the beach, restaurants and shopping that you can to be any of these places within a short drive (or walk if you wanted the exercise). The house has a nice screened porch area that we enjoyed and a beautiful pool and spa. The back yard is fenced so it was a great place to bring our dog. We would definitely stay here again.
