Located above the old town of Lovran, STUDIO APARTMENT TENA is ideal for couples.
Walk down to the old town, which is only a 5-minute walk away, continue to the seafront promenade and find your favorite little beach or have a coffee at the city cafe (in the style of grand Viennese cafes). The apartment has abedroom / living room, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and a fridge, a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. A terrace is available on site and hiking and biking are available in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Glorious residence!

Great little apartment in a fairly new building. Unobstructed sea-view, food store and a restaurant just a few minutes walk away. Owner agreed to an early check-in, which was a really big help in my situation. Thank you:)

Сподобалося ВСЕ! Було кристально чисто! Приємний свіжий запах! Ну і декілька слів про випосаження. Було все необхідне і навіть більше! Електроприбори: чайник, мікрохвильовка, кавомашина, посудомийка, фен, праска, пралка, плита, 2 кондиціонера- у кімнаті і у ванній Чай-кава-цукор-сіль-перець, пляшка вина🍷 Всілякі губки, тряпочки, рушнички і рушники Welcomebox з засобами для волос і тіла Миючі засоби, у тому числі до посудомийки, навіть капсула для прання🤗 Фумігатор🦟 Були навіть одноразові мочалочки, наборчики з вушних паличок ватних дисків та мініпилочки для нігтів Все настільки продумано до дрібниць, що відчуваєш себе як вдома🫠 До того ще інформація про час праці магазинів, телефони різних служб, аптечка, вогнегасник Шикарний балкон з видом на море🌊 Щиро дякую господарям за приємний відпочинок🤗❤️🥰

Schöner Kurzurlaub im Rona Studio

Kleines Studio, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon - von dem man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer hatte - gefrühstückt. Die Unterkunft ist angenehm ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man über eine Treppe in wenigen Minuten im Ortskern von Lovran.

Klein und sehr fein!

Sehr sauberes, neu eingerichtetes Apartment ( im zweiten Stock eines neueren Hauses mit einigen Wohnungen) mit Klimaanlage. An vielen Kleinigkeiten merkt man, dass jemand an die praktischen Bedürfnisse der Gäste gedacht hat! In ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt unten, die Aussicht vom Zimmer bzw. Balkon ist so schön - Meerblick! Großer Parkplatz vor dem Haus. In der angrenzenden Nachbarschaft überdachtes Spielfeld bzw. ein Spielplatz / Platz zum Radfahren etc für Kinder und Jugendliche - wir haben diesbezüglich keine Ruhestörung erlebt. 2 Kochfelder, eine Mikrowelle, eine Nespressokaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer,... Auch wenn das Bett ausgeklappt ist, hat man genügend Platz, um vorbeizugehen. - Wir waren die meiste Zeit des Tages unterwegs, weshalb das Bett ausgeklappt blieb und wir die Couch gar nicht genutzt haben.

Helyes kis apartman, de vigyázz a kapzsi tulajdonossal és kerüld el, ha nem szereted a macskákat!

Kiemelem először is a lakás tisztaságát. Mindennel fel van szerelve, ami szükséges pár napos tartózkodáshoz. Szép kilátás az erkélyről. Közel van a központ.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf Kvarner Bucht, sehr ruhig gelegen, nur wenige Minuten bis zum Ortszentrum. Es war alles da für eine sorglose Aufenthalt. Sehr sauber, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin.

Apartment mit herrlichem Ausblick

Das Apartment ist klein, aber hat alles, was man benötigt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Selbst wenn das Bett ausgeklappt ist, hat man noch genügend Platz. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft!

Glorious residence!

Super Unterkunft, etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern (was aber nicht stört da es für 2 Personen ausreichend groß ist). Im Haus selbst mussten wir die Tür erst suchen, ich habe davor leider nichts zu Stockwerk oder Türnummer gefunden, war aber auch nicht so schlimm. Zur Info, es war im 2. Stock. Ansonsten alles super, alles modern, schöne Aussicht. Da kein Herd vorhanden war fragte ich an ob der Mikrowellenherd eine Backfunktion besitzt, auf diese Frage bekam ich aber leider keine Antwort. Vor Ort sahen wir dann dass er keine besitzt, was aber auch nicht schlimm war! Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft, gerne wieder!

Appartamento fantastico in un luogo da favola.

Appartamento pulitissimo e situato in un'ottima posizione. È dotato di tutto e sul tavolo in cucina abbiamo trovato, oltre alla piantina di Lovran, dei buonissimi snack. Il personale non è presente in struttura ma sempre pronto a rispondere al telefono. Davvero eccellente.

Brilliant service!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier in Lovran. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Altstadt sowie tolle Restaurants sind wunderbar zu Fuß innerhalb 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder komme.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The staff Will forever hold a special place in my heart. Tena, the owner is a wonderful woman who even took the time to walk us to the beach. I will forever cherish that moment. Please, please don’t stay anywhere else but here!!! You will not regret it.

Lovran is the last town connected by the Lungo mare promenade, which begins in Volosko and goes through Opatija, Ičići and Ika. The 12 kilometers of coastal promenade connects the towns on the Opatija Riviera - Lovran, Ika, Icici, Opatija and Volosko. Unobstructed by traffic, a stroll along the promenade provides an opportunity to relax and experience the typical Mediterranean landscape. The construction of the promenade began in 1885, and was completed in 1889, when Opatija was declared a health resort. Lovran offers cute little beaches, a Vienna style coffee place, old town and fish restaurants. Lovran is also a crossroads for Učka mountain, other coastal towns on the way to Istria. Talk a walk, have a great bite to eat, lay in the sun or explore the surroundings.
