Lake Oconee - Lodge Villa 417 - 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Large Suite inside Cuscowilla


Tuscan-inspired, waterfront Villa # 417 at Lake Oconee in the private Cuscowilla Golf Resort. Located on Lake Oconee with boat docks directly behind the property. If you plan to use our boat slip, this MUST be pre-arranged with owner due to limited space. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games. Easy access to the historical town of Madison and Greensboro, local shopping, restaurants and the Ritz Carlton.

This unit is on the 1st floor with a screen porch and deck overlooking the lake. It has a full kitchen and large family room with a TV. The bedroom has 1 king bed with flat screen TV. The bath has dual sinks with granite tops, jet tub and walk-in shower. The family room accesses a sunroom and outdoor deck overlooking the lake. Total indoor space is 950 sqft.

This unit can be combined with a 2nd bedroom (see VRBO #793305) to sleep 6. This 2nd bedroom is on the same floor.

We want to make sure that we have great guests that stay with us, and we want to provide a great service. As part of this process, we strongly encourage that all guests have a 5-star VRBO guest rating.

Please carefully review Rental Agreement as Cuscowilla has some rules that must be followed.

****Please note that Cuscowilla is a private club and as of now, access is not available to any of the Cuscowilla facilities for rental guests. The primary renter must be 28 years or older to book this property.***

Lovely Escape

We had a lovely weekend at Jim's beautiful property. The unit was immaculately clean, had a wonderful lake view, and was in an excellent location. Jim and his property manager were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We hope to visit again sometime soon!

Great vacation from evacuation!

We were evacuated from St. Simons Island, Georgia for Hurricane Dorian and found the perfect vacation away from the storm by Lake Oconee. The owner and manager were very kind to take us in last-minute and even gave us an early check-in to help our family get settled and enjoy all that the home and lake has to offer. We left some items at the home and the owner/manager even shipped it back free of charge. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and look forward to visiting again soon!

Cuscowilla is an excellent community. Jim’s property was tastefully decorated and spacious. We enjoyed the large screened porch and deck overlooking the water! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The only improvement needed is better beds. Both mattresses were worn out and dipped in the middle. Overall we had a great weekend - very convenient to go see the GA Bulldawgs play.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is stunning!! Jim was so helpful and even arranged for us to stay in another unit that we felt would be more comfortable (upstairs). You’ll have everything you need in this little retreat. I was even able to get an early check-in and late check-out. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great property and wonderful stay!

My fiancé' and I spent two nights here and it was perfect and the price was reasonable! The location was great and the set up in the condo was perfect for the two of us, we even opted one night to stay in and enjoy dinner on the balcony, the condo had everything we needed to do that. The condo is right on the water and has dock access which we were not able to use this time, but would have been perfect if we had. Highly recommend this!
