Totalement inacceptable. Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement qui: - Ne correspondait pas aux photos de l'annonce. - Situé à un endroit autre que celui annoncé. - Nombreux dégats: - Poignée de porte d'entrée forcée et non réparée - Plusieurs lampes cassées - Une grande latte en bois cassée venant probablement du sommier du matelas inférieur de la chambre - Dévidoir à papier WC cassé et unitilisable - Raccordement télédistribution cassé et ne fonctionnant pas - Etat d'insalubrité évident. Appartement purement et simplement crasseux. Il est impossible qu'il ait été nettoyé pendant plusieurs semaines: - Projections d'aliments au plafond et sur les murs - Crasses sur les matelas et au sol dans toutes les pièces - Couche de crasses au sol dans les WC - Poussières sur le mobilier et même sur le percolateur ou simplement passer le doigt laisse une trace clairement visible Pas de représentant sur la station à qui nous aurions pu démontrer l'évidence de cette situation inacceptable. Seul un contact téléphonique à Paris était possible. Nous avons informé de l'état de la situation et on nous a baratiné en disant qu'il y avait eu un problème de logistique! Problème de logistique pendant combien de mois? Toutes les photos de preuve ont été prises et transmises le jour de notre arrivée. Deux jours après on nous a proposé de passer pour nettoyer l'appartement. Il est évident que nous avions fait nous-même le nécessaire pour survivre une semaine dans ce taudis. Cela aurait en plus exigé de sacrifier un journée de ski pour attendre une soit-disant femme de ménage. Nous n'avions aucune confiance dans la personne a qui nous aurions donné l'accès à nos affaires. Nous avons donc légitimement refusé. C'est totalement inacceptable de ne proposer que cette solution pour compenser le dommage subit. Seul un geste commercial significatif pourrait sauver ce séjour totalement gâché et nous empécher de clairement communiquer notre courroux par tous les moyens possibles. Nous attendons votre réaction au plus vite. Raoul RICHARD
