To spend a quiet holiday in the countryside, furnished with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom-WC on the ground floor, on the ground floor, a dining-living room and a kitchen with a toilet area with sink, a separate outdoor room used as a laundry room with a washing machine and a sanybroyeur, part of the large terrace of 70 m2 fenced with a solar shower, a table with chairs, a pergola housing garden furniture, deckchairs to share with the owner (screens delimit the tenant part). An unfenced garden area with a table and chairs, a swing, a sandpit, small outdoor games. All comforts. 5 minutes from all amenities restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cinema, water sports..... Rental price from 60 euros per night for 1 to 2 people. An additional charge of 18 euros per night and per person over 2 people within the limit of 6 people in total in the furnished accommodation (free for babies from 0 to 3 years old, 9 euros per night and per child from 4 to 12 years old). One pet allowed per stay with an extra charge of 35 euros. Cleaning fee of 30 euros per stay. Enjoy your stay and see you soon!!!

Quaint and Peaceful

The property is an authentic French home and experience. The bedrooms are upstairs, the kitchen and sitting room downstairs but the stairs themselves are outside so there are 2 different and divided living areas. The town is small yet beautiful and while there don't seem to be any businesses in the immediate area, the towns where you can find shops, stores, cafes, and restaurants are very close and early accessible. Similarly it is very easy to access nearby sights of interest and exploration. It is an ideal location for a quiet and peaceful getaway.
