Lovely quite stay with a nice pub with great food next door

Loved the quite live on this stay. We stayed at the small river and enjoyed seeing the swans swim and hearing the birds. Next door is a nice pub with great food!

Another wonderful stay

This is our second visit to Double Gate Farm and it won't be our last. Debbie and Steve are so lovely, the B&B has everything you need for your stay. Our room overlooked the steam which was lovely. Thank you Debbie, we'll definitely be back x

A fantastic stay!!

Yet again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been staying here for seveal years now whilst attending the local festival. The staff are lovely, food is great & the room is of a very high standard. Cannot praise them enough & recommend this place to everyone!

Peaceful and perfect

Lovely riverside room, spacious with lovely views over fields with the river flowing past us. Very tranquil and in touch with nature as we see a Barn Owl hunting in the evening and Kingfishers along the river. Delicious breakfast and amazing cakes and cream teas available.

It was a relaxing comfortable stay in high quality accommodation in peaceful beautiful surroundings.

Spacious room with lots of kit, including fresh milk for drinks, and table + chairs for the balcony overlooking the little river. Personal attentive service from the friendly owner. Great breakfasts with fresh ingredients. Quiet peaceful location. Proximity to the pub next door which does great food. Convenient private guest parking.

Comfortable in every way and delicious breakfasts

Close to wonderful countryside and nature reserves for experiencing wildlife. 3 barn owls seem at the same time just down the road! Room was warm and big enough to spread out and relax. Lovely to be right by the river - what a bonus.

Quite peaceful

The room had a lovely view and the breakfasts were excellent. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The location was good - no noisy road nearby and it is quite isolated but only a short drive to Glastonbury. Access go the site was straightforward and there was adequate parkng however, there is a popular pub next door with a very small car park, which meant that there are a lot of cars parked on the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very relaxing.
