Semi-detached villa of 70m2 comfortable, quiet, with exterior of 80m2 (terrace, garden, relaxation area, ...) WIFI

Ground floor including a large air-conditioned living room (living room, kitchen, dining room). The kitchen is fitted out as for a main residence (American fridge, electric oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and senseo, kettle, toaster...)
Living room with sofa (not convertible) TV
1 bedroom on the ground floor 2 beds (80) on the coast or 160 with 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet)
Upstairs 2 bedrooms: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 160 cm bed (ceiling fan), 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
In July and August, rentals from Sunday to Sunday will be preferred

Outside: small garden of 80m2
terrace with garden furniture and electric awning, gas barbecue (provided)
Relaxation area solarium with sun loungers and parasol in the shade of the olive tree

Besser als erwartet.Ruhig gelegen.Da wir erst im August angereist sind, waren viele Ferienhäuser nicht mehr belegt.Dann könnte es auch lauter sein je nach Gästen.

Super sejour

Super maison avec tout ce qu il faut, aussi pour les enfants, dans un endroit calme et proche de la mer. Vraiment top.

Für 4-6 Personen ist dies ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, Strand und Geschäfte in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr angenehm!

Tout a été parfait: l'accueil, la propreté, la mise ä disposition des nombreux appareils, le mobilier en parfait ètat etc... Nous avons apprécié aussi le silence des lieux même si cela nous a couté quelques minutes de marche pour atteindre la mer.
