Small, fully renovated apartment at the end of a dead-end street leading to a charming little square that overlooks the sea and the rocks. (This is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so there is no traffic; you can access the car park adjacent to the property by simply notifying the municipal police—the host will provide instructions before your arrival)

"CASA MARE" TWO-ROOM SEAFRONT APARTMENT, situated on a ROCK directly by the SEA with a view of the clear, calm waters of POMONTE and a glimpse of the island of Corsica.
You can admire spectacular SUNSETS and SUNRISES,
accompanied by the sound of waves crashing against the golden rocks of Pomonte.
The HOUSE features a SMALL TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE SEA and a PRIVATE PARKING SPACE adjacent to the property.

INDOOR

Casa Mare takes its name from its location: it faces directly onto the sea,
where you can savour its colours, scents, and sounds from sunrise to sunset.

The apartment is comfortably furnished for 2 people;
there is space for a third and fourth guest using a sofa that converts into a bunk bed located in the living area of the apartment.

You enter the apartment via charming outdoor steps carved into the rock typical of Pomonte;
This leads to a small terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy relaxing breakfasts while taking in the sea in all its splendour.
A French door equipped with shutters provides direct access to the sleeping area: here, a large, high-tech window offers guests breathtaking views typical of the Elban coastline—sunrises and sunsets over an emerald-green sea,
with the island of Corsica visible in the distance.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring a wooden slatted frame, a large closet, built-in nightstands, a coat rack, and blackout curtains.

Down a small hallway on the left is the bathroom, featuring a shower stall, toilet, sink, mirror, bidet, and washing machine; at the end of the small hallway is the living area.
To the left is the fully equipped kitchenette: electric kettle, Caffitaly espresso machine, moka pot, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, and refrigerator. There are pots, cutlery, glasses, mugs, trays, and everything needed for cooking, as well as a cleaning kit (mop, broom, bucket, dustbin). Next to the kitchenette is a table (120x75 cm) that can be moved as needed.

The room features a comfortable sofa that converts into a bunk bed, facing a wall-mounted TV, and fire-retardant curtains on the French doors leading to a second small terrace with a mountain view—useful for hanging laundry and towels, as well as for storing daily trash.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating via split-system units in both rooms, as well as Wi-Fi; the colour palette of the furnishings ranges from butter-white, sand, light blue, and blue.
The house is equipped with a clothesline, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a beach umbrella, a small outdoor safe for keys, and an outdoor table with chairs and a parasol.


HOSPITALITY Upon arrival, guests will find linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats), bedspreads, pillows, tablecloths, chair covers, and trash bags—all already set out.

Linen changes are provided for stays of 2 weeks.

Additionally, a single-use kitchen welcome kit is provided: sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee pods, dishwasher and washing machine detergent tablets, dish soap, and a sponge to cover the first day of your stay; a single-use bathroom welcome kit including bar soap, shower gel, and 1 roll of toilet paper.

If you arrive late in the evening, we recommend bringing the “necessary groceries”:
There is a small convenience store in town that closes at 7:30 p.m.

There are bars and traditional restaurants, a pharmacy, a church, an ATM, and a post office.

There are both public and equipped beaches nearby (on rocks or pebbles).
