Wonderful authentic rural Moldaova
A wonderful little village with such amazing hosts. About 30 minutes outside of Chișinău, the place is very rural. I personally love the countryside and to experience Moldova, you must get out of the city. The roads are rough here, but the hosts walked me from the parking spot to the house so I did not have to try and maneuver my little car on the muddy road. The accommodations of the apartment itself offered all the basics to live comfortable. Internet, private bath, a table to eat and work at, and separate bedroom. They had water and snacks waiting for me when I arrived, and they gave me lots of advice on what to see nearby. The entire village is walkable with a little store around the corner in case you need anything. The backyard is a beautiful private mini-farm and the gazebo in the front was a wonderful place to enjoy my morning coffee or just sit outside for hours enjoy the birds or getting some fresh air while I worked on my laptop.
I cannot stress how wonderful the hosts were. Iana and her mother were there for anything I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a rural getaway, and I cannot wait to return. Cheers!
