Our second stay at Millie’s Cottage was just as enjoyable and ideal for meeting family

The cottage is comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with a particularly well equipped kitchen and handy extra fridge/freezer in the outhouse. The elevated position offers lovely views over Finchingfield’s village green. A well-maintained and thoughtfully presented property, we’d happily return.

Beautiful cottage, lovely location, great views over the village green and pond.

Small but perfect for our needs. The cottage was spotlessly clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very good. The cottage was in a very good location with lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes for the size of the village.

We had a weekend break in a wonderful cottage in the heart of the village. There were beautiful views all round. The quality of the accommodation and the comfort levels were great. The property is in really excellent condition with an outstanding level of furnishings and equipment

Lovely historic home in charming Finchingfield. The cottage was clean, well decorated and had a surprisingly large bathroom. The Christmas lights were a little bonus. Yes parking in Finchingfield is chaotic but it ebbs and flows so do not let it put you off.

Weekend Break near to friends

Long weekend where we planned to meet up with friends from both London and Cambridge, and the location was good for that although the first 10 miles in any direction are slow going due to the B road approach.
