Beautifully decorated and furnished farmhouse cottage, with exposed original wood beams throughout all rooms. King-sized bed, TV, modern ensuite shower room, hairdryer Comfortable, spacious lounge with feature fireplace, sofa, bed settee, TV, WiFi. Kitchen diner with induction hob, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, vacuum, farmhouse dining table, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper. Downstairs WC Beautifully appointed King sized bedroom, with fully tiled, ensuite shower room, wardrobe space, a smart TV and a fantastic window view of the historic Gibbet Mill Windmill. Large lounge, with feature fire place and wood burning stove style electric fire, bed settee for an extra guest or two younger children, 40 inch smart TV. Generous sized kitchen diner, with farmhouse table, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob and oven, granite worktops, oak cupboard doors, toaster, microwave, kettle, iron and much more. There is also a downstairs WC. The cottage has central heating radiators in every room. The large gardens are very private with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a firepit. We are pet friendly, but limited this to one medium size dog, similar in size to a cocker spaniel. We are also ideally located for many local golf courses on the Wirral Peninsula, Chester and North Wales

We love staying in this cottage
The owners and their family are so welcoming. The cottage is delightful,. The furnishings and linen are all good quality, and comfortable. It also has a large garden for guests use. Big bonus its dog friendly. The welcome pack is second to none.

It’s a happy place
Cottage has everything we need. Easy access to walks in parks and countryside. Close to Chester, or a ferry to Liverpool. Cross the border to wales.
The hosts are nice people. Definitely recommend.

Our farmhouse cottage is adjacent to Saughall Mill Farmhouse, Gibbet Mill Windmill, farmland, and has beautifully restored to maintain many of its original features, whilst also providing all the modern creature comforts, to make this a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The property was originally built circa 1890 and is next door to the fully refurbished windmill, Gibbet Mill We have plenty of secure storage for bicycles, should you want to take advantage of the excellent cycle routes to North Wales, Wirral and Chester.
