Layout is very good. There was a pool table and hot tub. House needs updating. Carpet in very bad condition, bathrooms worn, could not get hot water in one sink. But, the overall experience was very good.

Fun stay

Cabin is very nice. Only complaint is they should provide more essential things like paper towels and salt and pepper. Good stay. Family time was great!

Quick Get A Way

Great location to the Island and many other attractions and eateries. Quiet and safe area. Only issue was hot tub needed attention. Great for in and out day trips to the area. Plenty of room for our crew of 10 and priced fairly.

Great location, however the house could use some upgrades and a really good cleaning. The upstairs temperature was extremely warm and the downstairs temperature was very cold. May need to consider installing a second unit for the upstairs.

Smith 2025

The 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our group of 8. I would recommend a bigger pot for cooking. We made Spaghetti and needed a bigger pot to boil the noodles. The only issue we had was with the hot tube being cold and they came right out when we called to rest it for us. We all had a great time.

Mountain weekend

My family had a nice stay overall - lovely neighborhood, very convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. But there were a couple of issues. The address was tricky to find, because there are street addresses and cabin numbers, and they are not the same. An explanation ahead of time would be helpful. The listing said 4 bedrooms, each with a king bed, but the 2 upstairs bedrooms had queens. The stovetop didnt work, and we called maintenance. They came right away while we were out, but weirdly only fixed one burner. It would have been hard to cook there.

It was beautiful.

The location was perfect. Needed to be cleaned a little bit more. Lots of spider webs all over the place.
