One of only 3 docks with beach access on the Back River. Views stretch from the South Point of the Ocean to undeveloped Little Tybee. Very private house with plenty of parking and large yard. No front or back door neighbors. Lots of windows for amazing views and light. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths inside. Bedrooms are small but very comfortable. Full bath and laundry room outside-perfect for showering kids off before coming in the house. Also has outside shower on walkway. Large kitchen, dining and living areas. Comfortable furniture, flooring and bedding. The most peaceful porch on Tybee with picnic table, plenty of seating and amazing views. Walk out of porch (or roll as we have a ramp) onto private walkway to beach and dock. Dock has electrical, water and large family picnic table, sink and serving area. A perfect place to enjoy all of your meals! Plenty of sun and shade areas on the dock as well as perfect views of Little Tybee and the Ocean. Many great dining options available on the island and a full-service grocery store as well.

Arrival time 4pm and checkout time 11am. We provide all linens and towels as well as toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent to get you started. Various beach chairs, floats and toys are available as well as a fire pit. We also have a gas grill, a coffee maker that uses pods or can fresh brew and basic spices. All you have to bring is your groceries!
