Overall we had a great holiday in this house. But there were a few issues: very strong musty / damp smell which slowly dissipated over the week. Cupboards full of owners stuff, other people's toiletries and hair grips etc in the bathroom. The owner agreed to provide bedding but there wasn't enough,. Fortunately we found some more under the eaves of the house. There were no duvet covers but we managed with sheets and blankets. The mattresses were old and stained, not very comfortable. But the bedding we found was clean. The light in the kitchen didn't work, we had to change the bulb. The room in the basement was cold and damp. Fortunately we didn't need to use it. The other bedrooms were good. The garden was so overgrown you couldn't use it but there is a nice concrete area round the house with chairs and table. It was lovely eating outside looking over to the mountains. The view and location are stunning and the chalet has a very cosy, traditional feel. Remember to bring basic supplies such as loo roll etc.

Mangelhafte Kommunikation

Auf die schlechte Bewertung vom Januar hin, habe ich den Vermieter noch einmal angeschrieben und darauf eine lapidare Antwort bekommen. 3 Tage vor Anreise fragte er dann nach, ob wir kommen würden, hat aber meine Antwort nicht gelesen. Wir standen also am Ankunftstag vor verschlossener Tür und mussten dann noch 45 Minuten warten, bis wir den Schlüssel bekamen.Der muffige Geruch kommt aus dem defekten Geschirrspüler, den wir tunlichst geschlossen hielten. Die Backröhre ist auch defekt. Es gab nur zwei Zudecken in normaler Größe, dann gab es noch 3 Decken in 2 m mal zwei Meter, wovon eine aus alten Zeiten stammte. Es wären dann noch mehrere alte Wolldecken vorhanden. Innerhalb von zwei Tagen war das Haus dann auch warm. Es ist etwas fußkalt. Das Kellerzimmer hat Fenster, auch wenn anschließend gleich eine Wand kommt.Positiv: die Lage nur 500 m vom Skihang. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge, das umfangreiche Landkartenmaterial und der Kamin. Auf kleinem Raum ist geschickt viel untergebracht. Diese Ferienhaus- direkt App ist nicht so bedienerfreundlich, deshalb kann ich meinen Bericht hier auch nicht korrigieren.Die Decke

Skiurlaub mit Familie

Gemütliche Hütte, sehr urig und verwinkelt. Ein kleines Manko, wenig Platz zum verstauen der eigenen Sachen. Da wir nur 8 Personen waren, mussten wir das Zimmer im Keller nicht benutzen.Fußläufig (500m) am Skilift. Das Auto konnte stehen bleiben.

Schöner Uraub im Rosengarten

Das Haus ist sehr speziell, weil auf 3 Ebenen, sehr verwinkelt und das Kellergeschoss nur bedingt nutzbar.Für uns, 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, war die Bettenverteilung gut möglich. Für mehr Personen ist es wegen der 2 Betten im Untergeschoss mit gefangenerm Bad nicht empfehlenswert. Wenn man sich nicht daran stört, dass die Schränke zum größten Teil mit den Sachen des Eigentümers gefüllt sind, war die Ausstattung gut. Nur der Geschirrspüler war leider defekt. Der Blick auf den Rosengarten vom Wohnzimmerfenster ist überwältigend. Leider gibt es keine direkte Verbindung auf die Skipiste, weil alles mit Privatgrundstücken verbaut ist. Man kann entweder 4 Serpentinen nach oben laufen oder man fährt 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zum kostenlosen Parkplatz an der Talstation Paolina. Das Skigebiet ist klein, aber anspruchsvoll und gut gepflegt.

Ferienhaus lag unter Erwartungen

Leider entsprach das Ferienhaus nicht unseren Erwartungen. Der Gesamtzustand des Hauses wirkte alt und stark abgewohnt. Besonders unangenehm war der muffige Geruch, der im gesamten Haus zu spüren war. Beim Betreten des Erdgeschosses war es zudem nicht besonders sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Obergeschoss war zwar in Ordnung, konnte aber den Gesamteindruck nicht wirklich verbessern.Ein weiteres Manko war, dass im Erdgeschoss viele persönliche Dinge der Besitzer in den Schränken lagen, sodass kaum Platz für unsere eigenen Sachen war. Das war nicht besonders praktisch und hat das Gefühl von Privatsphäre beeinträchtigt.Die Bettenaufteilung entsprach leider auch nicht der Beschreibung auf Fewo Direkt. Das vierte Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Keller und hat keine Fenster, was den Raum recht unangenehm machte. Zudem war es mit einem Doppelstockbett und nicht mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet, was für uns eine Überraschung war.Zuletzt mussten wir die Bettdecken erst im Haus zusammensuchen, was ebenfalls nicht ideal war.Alles in allem entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen, und wir würden dieses Haus leider nicht weiterempfehlen

La casa è in ottima posizione per raggiungere le piste sci a piedi . È una casa estremamente funzionale con un bagno per ogni piano . Unica nota negativa a parte il letto matrimoniale a piano terra , gli altri avrebbero bisogno di materassi più comodi
