Villa Alba is a detached house featuring four bedrooms, a garden, and a private swimming pool. It is located in the Riells area, approximately 1100 meters (a 13-minute walk) from the beautiful sandy beach of Riells.



The house includes four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds. There are two bathrooms—one downstairs with a shower and toilet, and another upstairs with a bath, shower, and toilet.



The lounge is equipped with a sofa and a TV featuring an Amazon Fire Stick, along with an additional HDMI port if you wish to connect your own devices.



The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and ample dishes, glasses, cups, and utensils. There is also a washing machine located in the garage.



Outside, there is off-street parking available for one car. The property boasts a lovely green garden with grassy lawns. The pool measures approximately 6.5 meters by 4 meters, with steps leading into the shallow end; the deepest part of the pool is about 1.8 meters.



Additionally, there is an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs, six sun loungers, and a parasol for added comfort.

Une maison familial très propre dans un cartier calme facile d'accès et stationnement facile avec beaucoup d'équipement plus le linge. Mr Steve nous a très bien accueilli et est resté disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés. Si l'occasion se présente j'y retournerai avec plaisir. Vacances familiales avec 4 enfants. Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage (10 min à pieds), rue peu fréquentée donc calme.Commerces/supermarchés très proches en voiture.Équipement de la maison correspond au descriptif.Maison propre et agréable à vivre.La piscine a fait le bonheur de nos enfants.L'Escala est vraiment une destination que nous aimons beaucoup, on s'y sent comme chez nous.

Belle villa bien située près du village,des plages et des commerces Cuisine très bien équipée pour au moins 8 personnes mêmes si nous avons beaucoup utilisé le barbecue près de la piscine Les 2 salles de bain wc sont appréciables en cas de famille nombreuse
