A charming, detached, and fenced-in villa located on the road connecting Corsano to the Novaglie marina, featuring ample outdoor space with a garden, swimming pool, barbecue, play equipment for adults and children, and a large covered veranda furnished with a garden table and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is another built-in kitchen—perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners—and a second bathroom with a shower. The villa is also equipped with a TV, washing machine, mosquito screens, and a large, fenced-in outdoor parking area.
