About this property

Vacation home on the water with boat, air conditioning, sauna, bike, SUP and BBQ

The holiday home is located on the open waterway leading to the Heeger Meer and the rivers to the southwest. The house is modern and luxuriously furnished. Sustainability is very important to us. The holiday home comfortably accommodates 6 people, though up to 8 people can stay there by arrangement.
The house features a beautiful, southeast-facing garden with its own 18-meter-long boat dock. Here, you can moor our boat (available for separate rental from the owner upon request) or your own boat (by arrangement) and explore Friesland with its beautiful lakes and villages. Two SUP boards are also available for your use.
Even without a boat, the house is perfect for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Unwind in the sauna (Finnish & infrared). The proximity to the water invites you to take a morning dip, and fishing enthusiasts can cast a line while they’re at it.
And if you’d like to explore Friesland by bike—just hop on one of the three bicycles provided for your use.
Enjoy your holiday by the water and come to Heeg.

We look forward to your visit!

Perfect landing pad for touring Friesland

We are a group of 5 women (ages 55-87) and we stayed for 4 nights. This house was a perfect base for our daily trips to tour the 11 cities. While we didn’t cook much at all, we noticed the kitchen was very well equipped. We mostly just enjoyed evening snacks and wine and the water view is very tranquil. The stairs were easy to navigate for my 87-year old mother and we appreciated having bathrooms both up and downstairs. The couch was comfortable and we loved having a screen on the sliding door. We didn’t use boat or sauna so no comments on those items. We did have to use google translate on the house guide. And we looked up instructions to use coffee machine properly. This is a well-stocked gem and host Robert was very responsive and kind. I’d definitely stay here again.

Entspanntes Wochenende
