Casa 93 is a well-kept apartment located in the La Caletta residence, near the entrance of Porto Rotondo village. Equipped with independent entrance, kitchen-living room with covered veranda, double bedroom and bathroom for a total of four sleeps. From the terrace you can enjoy an enchanting view of the Gulf of Cugnana. The accommodation is really comfortable: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, private covered parking space. Guests have access to a seasonal swimming pool and tennis court for condominium use. The nearest beach is about 450 meters away and can be reached on foot via a road inside the residential complex. POOL OPENING - mid June to Mid September.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Casa 93 is the ideal place for lovers of greenery and silence, it has well-organized spaces and is set ground floor. An amazing panoramic view enchants its guests, embracing the gulf in front of it and a the greenery. The living room is large and bright, equipped with a TV corner with a sofa bed for 2 guests, a big window overlooks the sea. The kitchenette is well cared for: stove, fridge / freezer, oven, extractable worktop. The living room leads to the sleeping area with double bedroom, large bathroom with shower. The apartment is served by a numbered covered parking space. Access to the swimming pool and tennis court are reserved for guests of the La Caletta complex only.

INFORMATION ABOUT DESTINATION AND DISTANCES
Casa 93 is located of the well-kept residential complex called "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo", surrounded by 100,000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs of the area: centuries-old junipers, olive trees, rock roses, myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, in front of Portisco, and is composed of several small buildings distant from each other in order to create a quiet and secluded environment. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and tennis court. The whole area slopes towards the sea which is accessed via a sufficiently long and shallow beach, 450 meters away and reachable on foot via a road inside the complex. Ira beach is less than two kilometers from here.
The residence is equipped with parking lots covered with Sardinian cane (one per accommodation), and parking spaces for guests. Just before the entrance is the popular “Stella di Gallura” restaurant with swimming pool, a popular destination in the summer.
Less than two kilometers, about five minutes by car, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants and known for its nightlife; here you can stroll along the characteristic harbor where yachts of all sizes moor.

Wir sind sehr warmherzig von Alessio, dem Verwalter, empfangen und verabschiedet worden. Danke nochmal 😀. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr gut. Ingesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Natürlich sind die Fotos sehr schön gemacht und die Realität etwas alltäglicher. Wir konnten es uns gemütlich machen, Wolldecken haben wir einzig vermisst. Der Tennisplatz ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. „Den Strandtag“ würde ich an den schöneren Strände Drumherum genießen. Zum einmal ins Meer tauchen war der kleine Strandabschnitt mit Spaziergang dorthin gut. Ja, in der Vorsaison war nur ein Restaurant in der Nähe offen und der Supermarkt ist vor Olbia. Insgesamt hat man die Touristenorte dann für sich. Ein Bus für nur 1,-€ fuhr 5x/ Tag nach Olbia mit komischen Zeiten. Wir haben tolle Fahrradtouren unternehmen können und haben die Abendsonne auf der Terrasse genossen. Etwas ungewohnt war die Unterzeichnung eines kompletten Mietvertrages. Bedenkt die zusätzlichen Kosten für Bettwäsche, Reinigung, Handtücher und bringt sie am besten in bar bei der Anreise mit. Wir brachten unsre eigenen Hand- und Geschirrtücher mit. Die Bettwäsche ist Italienisch klassisch mit Laken und nicht deutsche Maße. Vor Ort fanden wir nützliche Utensilien: Küchengewürze, Öl, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Klopapier (von den Vormietern?), Mülltüten hatte ich mitgebracht. Wir hatten 40,-€ Nebenkosten in einer recht kühlen Zeit, die nach der Abreise vom Deposit abgerechnet wurde. Insgesamt 714€,- für 7 Nächte ist ok aber auch kein Schnäppchen.
