We had a wonderful stay here! It’s a nice, quiet area but close to Annapolis. The area is very beautiful and the home has everything we needed and is very clean. The owners are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend staying here!

Liz and Tom’s place is such a charming cottage! We had a party of 11 coming to town for a wedding. Everyone fit comfortably, check in was smooth, and hosts were available for questions/ problems if any were to arise. As you can see from the photos, bedrooms are all upstairs from the main entrance, one bedroom directly adjacent to entrance up 3 stairs, handrail provided. And the other two bedrooms upstairs (steep) but had grips, and handrail (as well as reminder to use the rail!) just be mindful to be careful if anyone has mobility issues! We didn’t have much chance to enjoy the outdoor area due to rain, but it was beautiful. We were able to enjoy some wildlife- many squirrels and a family of deer that we saw throughout the long weekend.Fabulous place with huge yard. Great place to stay!

We had a good time at your house. The dock and boat lift were great. We had many good sails and a couple of great ones. We enjoyed watching World Cup games on the TV in the living room. Kitchen was fine for preparing meals and the dining room worked well for meals. No complaints. Thanks, Eric

Great cottage near the water rental. House has tons dishes, kitchenware, plenty of everything, to not have to run the dishwasher after every meal. There’s even lots of extra folding chairs in the closet so you can all eat together (important to this family!) Bathrooms are very clean and have lots towels stocked. Use of dock and kayaks was so much fun, the walk to water isn’t that bad, amazing property to explore and everything you need, life vests, etc. Huge deck for outdoor hanging out or head out to Beverly Triton Beach as it is so close and worth the 8 a car. The owners make it very clear this cottage does have stairs and steps, both indoors to all bedrooms and the walk to the front door. Fun Chesapeake Bay experience in a true cottage vibe.

Location is hard to beat with an amazing view from the deck and dock. Listing is accurate and the hosts were helpful and communicative. No major issues during the stay and would definitely stay there again!

Great visit!

Couples getaway weekend to Annapolis. This was the perfect place to have our Basecamp. Absolutely beautiful location, quiet, and peaceful and easy to get everywhere!
