Perfect stay in wonderful Palm House

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The beautiful decor, the friendly hosts, and the stunning surroundings made it a memorable experience. A standout detail was the abundance of palm trees in the area, adding an extra touch of charm. Highly recommended!

Beautiful

This is a "must stay" location if you're gonna be in the Catania area. Beautiful view of the sea, outstanding house, and un impeccably clean apartment. Ignacio and Darcy checked us in personally and made sure we were going to be comfortable.The apartment was exactly as advertised, and very well appointed. Parking at the door.We could not recommend this location more highly

House of Palms Aci Castello

We travelled in December and were very pleasantly surprised with both the weather and our apartment. The host kept us updated well in advance and just before we arrived he had to leave but organised a personalised check in with a very pleasant host who waited for us until late in the night and showed us the apartment in details. This is indeed a luxury compared to other places where all you get is a code which may or may not work (even in very digital environments such as in Oslo!). The apartment was very clean in every corner, and there was a generous welcome basket full of goodies waiting for us.....very thoughtful! The beds were comfortable and the shower perfect ...... so we had no need to miss the comforts of home. The entire place was tastefully decorated and cosy, unlike many other commercial flats such that I did not feel I was in a non-personal holiday home but felt at home easily. Amazingly there was some very helpful person readily available for help which is almost unknown of these days and deserves special mention. The view is fantastic on the roof terrace where we sat and drank our red wine under moonlight, sea in front and mountain in the back, until late at night one week before Christmas....forgetting all about shopping and work. We will certainly be visiting there again.

Stunning

This has to be the best apartment we have ever stayed in. From the very first communication with Ignazio we felt we were going to get on! Ignazio and his wife Darcy are the most warm friendliest helpful hosts we have ever had. The apartment is beautiful and felt like our home the whole time we were. The decor in every room is gorgeous.Welcome pack of pasta,tomato sauce(delicious)apples,bruschetta and coffee pods.Wine and water in the fridge too! Toiletries a plenty in the bathroom. Our apartment had a retro record player and jazz albums which we listened to on a couple of evenings. It’s a large apartment - ours was called Maison des Palmiers..Large balcony with views of the sea and to Aci Castello and Aci Trezza both within easy walking distance.Restaurant recommendations from Iggy and Darcy were great - they have so much information to give you which is great because it saves you loads of time researching yourself! Beautiful art adorns the apartment and building some of which you can buy as Darcy is an artist. There is also a sun terrace which is a fab space when you want to relax where the views are even more incredible! Such an incredible place to stay we really didn’t want to leave.Would give you guys 10 stars if we could. Thank you for everything 💕 Love Ronnie and Lesley xx
