Great house in beautiful area

Very nice, typically Italian house. Perfect for 2 families. Well equipment. Beautiful view, even to the sea. We enjoyed a Lot our stay.

Beautiful get away

We were a group of 9 enjoying the house and it’s surroundings a lot. There are many different seating areas and corners where you can enjoy the views, be in the shade on a hot day or enjoy the morning sun. The pool area is beautiful with lots of sun loungers. Luca is keeping the pool clean every morning. Excellent service! The house is very well equipped, the kitchen has everything a foodie needs. We definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Es war von Anfang ein Traum. Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber.Viel Platz .Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern.Die Betreuung war hervorragend. Ein liche Dankeschön nochmal an Mrs. Sonja ,Luna und Camilla. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder.

Enttäuschender Zustand dieses eigentlich schönen Hauses

Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen und hat einen wunderschönen Pool. Die Anreise war schwierig, da das Haus auch nach Beschreibung oder google maps schlecht zu finden ist. Empfangen wurden wir nicht. Der erste Eindruck des Hauses war ernüchternd: Staub, Hundehaare und Schmutz. Abweichend von der Darstellung auf den Fewo-Seiten gab es keine Bidets und ein Schlafzimmer hatte nur 3 Einzelbetten. In zwei Zimmern brachen die Betten beim Schlafen mehrmals zusammen (wir sind alle normalgewichtig!). Es gab gegen die Mücken in zwei Zimmern (verstaubte) Baldachine, die man allerdings nicht nutzen konnte, weil man sonst die Ventilatoren an der Decke nicht hätte anstellen können. An den Fenstern gab es keinen Insektenschutz, so dass wir mit Mücken und Hornissen in den Zimmern Probleme hatten. Die Krönung allerdings war, dass die beiden Personen, die in den Einzelbetten geschlafen hatten, mit Flohstichen übersäht waren. Die Toilette unten konnte man nur für kleine Geschäfte nutzen, da alles andere sich nicht wegspülen ließ. Küche und Bäder waren voll mit Resten von seit Jahren abgelaufenen oder kaputten Sachen, die man einfach nur entsorgen sollte. Der Geschirrspüler war verkeimt und defekt, ein neuer kam erst am letzten Tag. Die Bewässerungsanlage draußen ist defekt, Blumen vertrocknet. Insgesamt waren wir bis auf den Pool vom Haus maßlos enttäuscht, da wir das für den Preis nicht erwartet hätten. Das Haus hat so viel Potenzial, man sollte es pflegen und ab und zu investieren.

Zum zweiten Mal!

Wunderschöne und entspannte Tage im casa dei fichi. Schöne mtb-trails direkt vor der Haustür. Campiglia Marittima ist eine reizende mittelalterliche Kleinstadt.Zu den wunderschönen Sandstränden sind es nur wenige Automuminuten.Am liebsten würden wir das Haus gleich kaufen!

Abgeschiedenheit. Ruhe. Kraft. Natur. Alles an einem Ort. Zudem ist Campiglia Marittima ein unglaublich romanisches Dorf. Immer wieder!
