Winter has arrived - and so have our exclusive new seasonal rates from November - March 2026. Leave the cold behind & step into the warm embrace of on Maui's Sugar Beach sun-kissed shores!

Welcome to Condo B10 in sunny South Maui! This second-story (no elevator) condo is perfect for two couples or perhaps two BFFs who wish to have a little more space to spread out, each with their own bathroom & bedroom.

Our remodeled KITCHEN boasts modern full-size appliances & is fully stocked with cookware, making preparing meals at home a great option after long days exploring or relaxing at the beach. We'll start you off with a roll of paper towels, new sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods & can liners. You'll replenish paper items as needed; ask staff for replacements of other items.

The DINING AREA seats 4 comfortably at a pub-height table with chairs. After an amazing Maui day you'll be enjoying your home-made or take-away meals in the comfort of your own space. There is seating for 2 on the balcony - perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails while the sun sets.

The HD flat screen TV with HD cable channels in the LIVING ROOM is perfect for streaming your favorite shows once you're inside for the night & ready to unwind on our (NEW 03/26) sectional sofa with super comfortable queen 5" mattress. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total.

New Mitsubishi A/Cs ensure that everyone is comfortable in their own zone. Each room has a ceiling fan to circulate air as well, which is especially nice during cool evenings if you prefer the windows open.

The DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM has a tub/shower combo, perfect for those who prefer a soak. The beautifully remodeled UPSTAIRS ENSUITE BATHROOM has plenty of storage & a walk-in shower with grab bars & glass walls. We've included two bars of hotel soap & three rolls of toilet paper in each bath, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your favorite bath & hair products from home, or purchase on island if you're coming with just a carry-on. Each bathroom has a blow dryer.

You'll have dreamy nights in the upstairs bedroom king bed with new Sealy Posturepedic mattress. The main level bedroom also has a king bed with an ultra comfort mattress - you'll find yourself wanting to sleep late with the room-darkening window coverings! This bedroom also has a tv for those who have different bedtime hours or taste in shows.

We'll have four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, two TB umbrellas, a beach cooler & beach towels waiting for you. Take them with you when you check out Maui's gorgeous beaches!

Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges & umbrellas that are steps from the beach. The outdoor shower is where you'll stop to wash the sand off your toes & beach or water toys.

Grill on one of two BBQs located at the hub of our property - the oceanfront patio where you'll talk story with other guests or enjoy alone time at one of the tables or lounge chairs. Everyone gathers here to watch Maui's spectacular sunsets each evening.

You'll find books /games in the two coin-op laundromats. Need an iron & board? We've got those too!

The most amazing home base for the best trip

We stayed with our two daughters (5 and 7) and had the best stay. Easy checking in and out; all the things we needed and the best porch and view. The ocean and pool access couldn’t have been better and all the activities we wanted (snorkel trip, surfing, sight seeing) were convenient. Best stay ever!

The Condominium location is superb.Management is always friendly, accessible and accommodating.The B10 unit is clean, comfortable and has everything we need. Year after year, the owners are always updating and maintaining the facility to make sure it’s in excellent condition and the groundskeeper works hard to maintain and beautify the grounds. Overall, the entire complex is extremely well done, has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and always feels like a home away from home.

Wonderful

Great property with a great location. We could walk out of the condo barefoot, down the stairs, across the grass, and right onto the beach where we could walk in either direction on smooth sand. Hope to go back again someday.

Great place with a good view

Great little group of Condos. Easy to check in, good communication with property managers, property was clean and well taken care of. We were in unit B10 and had a good view of the water but unit A11 or B11 would be better as it is right on the ocean. Parking is a little tight so bring a smaller car, if possible.

Our property was built in 1972 so expanding the parking lot is not an option as much as we would like to. I love the location in Kihei in that the beach is not crowded and the morning walks are such a pleasure. The space out front by the pool and bbq's is really conducive to meeting new people and having great conversations. This was our 3rd trip to the Islands 1st trip to Maui. This stay at Kihei Sands was absolutely amazing. A smaller property with all the personal care and assistance you could expect. Connie and Patrick (Management) were amazing and so incredibly helpful. I fell like I left with 2 new good friends. The property was very clean and our room was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed. Coffee was provided every morning by management, and was perfect while we took in those Maui sunrises right on the beach. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed.

We enjoyed the community grill and smore night provided by the host. I would have rated this five stars but the view wasn't as pretty as some of the other areas we visited on the island. The afternoon winds due to being in between two mountains was high! So we couldn't enjoy the beach in the afternoons (only mornings and evenings). Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would rent this condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Hawaii, and Kihei Sands made it truly memorable. The property is beautifully maintained and ideally located—close to the beaches and hiking spots we explored around Maui. We especially loved the lush tropical plants and vibrant flowers throughout the resort.While the ocean right out front wasn’t the clearest for swimming, the beach itself was great for walks and hanging out at. You could walk the beach to the local ABC, farmers’ market, shaved Ice and bakery. The pool and patio areas were also fantastic—clean, comfortable, and inviting.Our condo had a charming beachy vibe and a lovely ocean-view balcony. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the cozy second-story loft bedroom, and thoughtful touches like plenty of beach towels, chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, and more. It was great that the resort also offered pool and beach toys to borrow. In the mornings we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea on the patio while watching the boats go by. We can’t wait to return—Kihei Sands truly felt like a home away from home.
